  Couldn’t get a quote on new siding and/or removal. Came to check things out on 3/6 and said it would be likely the next day or so. Didn’t hear from anyone, called them back on 3/13 to ask where the quote was and was advised it had not been sent yet. Got a call the same day from the guy that came to take pics and said it would be the next day or so again, here we are 3/17 and still no estimate. Called the office number and no answer, went to voicemail but the mailbox is full and unable to leave message. Not a great experience, Looking elsewhere!

  The schedule was mixed up because it was switched around due to an emergency. We run 50-100 appointments a week, and this one slipped through when getting changed. Our apologies for the inconvenience. This does not reflect our services or products though and I the owner would be more than happy to provide you with a quote.

  Customer service was great. Very professional when answering the phone and scheduling the estimate. The owner even showed up as promised to look at the roof for the estimate. The problem is they never got any numbers or estimate back to me. Frustrated, I called two week later to try to give them a chance and again the receptionist insured me I would receive the estimate soon. After a few more days I have given up on receiving any estimate. If the owner does not have time to do estimates then it should be appropriately delegated to someone who does. I contacted Fahey Roofing because of the great reviews, but was unfortunately very disappointed in them for not even being able to produce an estimate.

  When AWS went down, it took our system With it, I lost track of some of the pending quotes that needed to be sent out. My apologies. I sent it out a couple of days ago for your viewing.

  All necessary measurements were taken. After speaking with the crew and production, it was determined that we were too far booked out at the moment on custom work. To avoid setting expectations that could not be met and to maintain the integrity of the business, we had to decline for now. A referral was made by a high-quality contractor we network with regularly to help you obtain the quote you were looking for. In all fairness, this review does not reflect our company or work in any way.

  I set an appointment one week ahead of time for 9:30 am today. I live out of town so I had to get up at 5:30 am to arrive on time to meet the estimator. At 10am, a half hour AFTER my scheduled time, I got a phone call letting me know the estimator was having car trouble and couldn’t make it. This is Friday, Sept 26. In the message they offered to reschedule me for their next available appointment on Monday, Oct. 6. No thank you. If you stand me up and want to earn my trust back and possibly my business, you will bend over backwards to get me my estimate in a timely manner. Terrible impression to make me so unimportant that I just have to wait for the next available spot when it was their fault my appointment was canceled. I scheduled my week, my day and travel around this appointment. So disappointed and, as a business owner with a packed calendar, I would NOT recommend trusting this company with your precious time.

  Fahey Roofing took a large deposit and never showed up to repair damaged siding or install 6" gutters during the long, dry summer of 2024. I eventually got my deposit back, but would not recommend using this roofing company.

  Bad communication and a waste of my time just from the get go on the estimate. If you call, you cant get a hold of them bc their mail box is full. They were suppose to meet me at the gate in my gated community. After i sit down there forever with no luck of getting a hold of someome he finally called and said he was going to be an hour late. So i said no thank you. If this is how the estimate alone is going then no way im trusting them with the job.

  Fahey Roofing and Contracting reroofed our Three-Story Elderly Building in Summersville, West Virginia consisting of 305 Squares and replaced 1200 Lf. of Rake Boards.   Contacted Fahey for gutter repair and partial siding repair. Took longer than anticipated for job to be scheduled, but once there the contractors did a quick and fantastic job on new gutters. Price was very fair.
