The critical reviews

The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

I had Exploits Roofing do my life time shingles 12 years ago. Got a leak last night. Not impressed to say the least. People use tar on shingles for a reason

Received quote in June, literally have a small hole in roof from storm and needs to be done before winter..after continuous no answers they finally answered in July and said they’d look at their books and see when they could get us in, went back to ignoring our calls(sometimes would call multiple times one day). They answered today and said they were too busy to get us in until informed we weren’t going through insurance then he said he’d have a look and get back to us….very unprofessional, very unreliable….. all interactions feel like dealing with a backyard contractor beside their cute little portfolio with shingle colors in it.

Where this page comes from

Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 2 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.

Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.

There is not much data on Exploits Roofing Ltd. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
