(Review#1) (Review#2) Hey sorry to hear what’s been going on we have been to your house multiple times and have taken care of any possibilities or anything that could contribute to a leak personally I believe now is you are leaving A 1 REVIEW DUE TO ME NOT USING YOUR SON FOR ADVERTISING YOUR SON STEALING 2600$ FROM MY COMPANY I WAS ALWAYS SCEPTICLE TO HIRE A NEW SEO WEBSITE GUY/GIRL TO HANDLE EVERYTHING AND I FELT BECAUSE I DID YOUR ROOF HE WENT TO SCHOOL WE DID A GREAT JOB WE HAD A RELATIONSHIP AND I COULD TRUST BECAUSE YOU COULD TRUST ME BUT OBVIOUSLY I COULDNT I GOT BURNT HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 2500 FOR NEW WEBSITE AND STILL NOT DONE RIGHT SEEMS TO BE THAT INDUSTRY but we don’t want to make your sons issues and our problem as I never received a text, call email etc before going to Google just by this review you dropped my stars by 1 so please reach out to us so we can get this situated in a timely matter.   Hired these guys to repair all of my roofs and two of them started leaking not even a year after getting the work done. Called them about it and had them tell me they were coming by and never showed up. I dont recommend them at all.

  Hey did you keep up with maintenance on your roof the new roof cement they make these last about 8 months to 2 years if your lucky it probably just needed to be tuned up rem cemented and new fabric to reseal everything if you don’t stay on top of the maintenance your roof will not last the longevity of its potential lifespan we apologize and give us a call for a free maintenance thanks Nick (owner)215-303-0363

  Do not hire these people. I hired them to fix a leak. They did some work on the outside (roof and siding) but never finished the ceiling work inside despite being paid for it. I called them a few time to come finish the work but the never did. They were almost done so I paid them (i know... dumb on my part but what can you do). Next rainstorm, the ceiling leaked in the same spot so clearly they didn't fix anything. Sometimes when a contractor fixes something it happens that it doesn't fix the underlying issue but then a good contractor comes back to fix their work since they got paid for it. These guys of course didn't even respond again upon calling. So I had to hire another contractor to fix the issue. Don't hire unless you want to waste your money and deal with the hassle.

  Nick and his team did a total roof for me at my NE Philly Duplex on short notice and had to also remove several inches of snow from the roof. He did a great job on both the flat roof and shingles and gave me a great price. His team cleaned up everything like they were never there. I would absolutely recommend Expert for your roofing job.

  Learned I had a leak in my roof. Called Nick they came and got the snow shoveled off the roof when all other roofers said they had to wait. Gave me an estimate and came back out next week and did the work. Very time efficient and not overpriced. I would recommend.

  Nick is a great guy. He came right out after I called him, even though I didn't have a real problem. He gave me a all new roof at a very fair price and he also does Excellent work too I was very happy with everything he had done. I would recommend him to anyone.

  Expert roofing came quickly and did an excellent job. The contractor I hired before them stole my deposit, as a result my house had more damage. Expert roofing prioritized us out of empathy and I didn't have to worry about a thing after. I was grateful to find these guys are honest, work quick, and are reasonable.

  Nick and his team were fast, professional, and did a quality job repairing our roof. He personally came to inspect the roof on a weekend that worked with my schedule and identified potential issues that competitors missed during their inspections of my roof which allowed Nick to properly price the job ahead of time and avoid hitting me with additional costs on the back end when the job was already being worked on. Additionally, is pricing was competitive with other roofing companies that provided me quotes on this job. I would highly recommend Nick and his team to anyone looking for roof repairs in the Philadelphia area.
