Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 5 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Exact Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
3 more of the 3 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Excellent roofing, not a single issue, totally professional. Was way more affordable to others in EP. I have confidence in my roof and ready for the next big storm. Thank you, Exact roofing.

If anyone find themselves needing to replace a roof, we just had ours done. We got three quotes and our decision was made on a couple of things, one was cost of course and the other was response/customer service. We went with Exact Roofing from Eastern Passage. Not only, were they the least expensive but they were also the company that came in person and got up on our roof to see what we needed and how bad of shape it was in. All my other quotes were done over the phone and via email based on the square footage of our home. The job was done only two weeks after I advised them we were ready, it only took a little over a day over two trips, and there was not a speck of mess or a shingle that did not get cleaned up! Highly recommend this company!!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Exact Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
