We had a great experience with Mike and his team. Responsive, professional, efficient, quality workmanship , detail oriented, knowledgeable, great communication and advice - everything you’d want. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again. Not the least expensive but you get a lot of value.

Mike (Evolution Construction) was great to work with. He was super knowledgeable, very communicative and on time with the job.His crew is great and hard working. We like the choices he gave us in roofing material and the suggestion how to better vent our attic. We had 3 quotes to replace our roof and liked Mike's professionalism the best of the other vendors. We are happy customers. Just be aware replacing a roof is not cheap but done right it will last for the next 20-25 years.

We had an outstanding experience with this contractor company from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, kept us informed every step of the way, and completed the job exactly when they said they would. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. They paid attention to every detail, thoroughly cleaned up the job site and treated our home with respect. Our new roof looks fantastic, and we have complete confidence in the quality of the installation. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable contractor who delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend this company. Great customer service, fair pricing, and top-notch craftsmanship—we couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Mike came out to my home after I had contacted several other contractors. He explained the issues with my two Skylights and cedar roof in a way that a construction novice could understand. He made me feel comfortable and informed, I felt like he wanted to walk me through the process rather than try and ram a sale down my throat. After the sale he kept me advised to when materials were ordered, when the crew was scheduled to start and what to expect throughout the process. All went smoothly including the post construction walk though. The roof looks great and I haven’t found a singular piece of trash in my yard or bushes. Highly recommend

Great experience replacing my roof with Evolution Construction Cape Cod. Mike and his team were very responsive, reliable, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Mike was also extremely patient as I worked through logistics and questions on my end, prior to moving forward. The turnaround was impressively fast — dumpster delivered Monday, roof replaced Tuesday, and dumpster removed with everything cleaned up by Wednesday. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I’m really glad we used Mike and his team for such a major property update.
