The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Evergreen Roofing & Exteriors. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

We just had an old farm house exterior completely renovated by Marco at Evergreen Roofing and Exteriors. Siding, doors, windows, soffit, fascia, shingles and eavestroughs. From start to finish, Marco was transparent and thorough and got us great pricing for quality materials. His workmanship is second to none. He completed the quoting and work in a timely matter and cleaned up well after everything was done. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality exterior work! Thanks again Marco!

It was easy to connect with this service and really appreciate such a quick response to a leak in my roof! Marco came by as soon as he could, gave me an appraisal of the damage and what would need to be done and was quick to get the repair done with photos for me to understand what the damage was and see how the repair turned out. I found his fee to be very reasonable and he backed his work with a 10 year workmanship warranty which helps put my mind at ease. Thanks so much again for your help Marco!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Evergreen Roofing & Exteriors. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
