The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Beautiful work! So much that, not one, but TWO neighbors have called about getting their roofs done! Professional, quality work, and clean up well when done. Had house and garage metal roof put on as well as garage stripped to the studs and practically reshelled along with new man door.
What Evans Roofing - Lima/Findlay Area says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Evans Roofing - Lima/Findlay Area. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
