We are a GC and we enjoyed working with Essential. Great crew to work with. We had a client in need of emergency roofing repairs during the rain storms this past winter and Essential came through to complete the work on time before the 3+ months heavy rains. Highly recommend this team for new work and reconstruction for sloped and flat roofing.

Aran, Matt and crew are a first class team. They are prompt, professional and do exactly what they say. No BS. We needed a full tear off/roof replacement for an industrial building and their pricing was more competitive than the other 3 bids and the work was impeccable. They were able to perform the work without disrupting the existing tenants which I didn't think was possible. Look no further than Essential Roofing.

Matt and his team were punctual, communicated well and finished the project as described in the proposal and went above and beyond to complete on time. The roof looks great, quality workmanship. As the owner of the building I now have piece of mind when the rainy season comes.
