Roof looks pretty good, my issue is the fact that i have had to call 2 times during the roof job. Once for guys trying to do shortcuts and not tear off all the way, second time for crazy amounts of nails which im still finding today. Shouldnt have to call for you to come pick up nails then only pick them up around the driveway. Sloppy work.

We are sorry your experience with our company did not meet a 5 star standard. We do take cleanup seriously and use magnetic equipment to collect loose roofing nails; however, in some cases, nails may be more difficult to locate, particularly in bushes or landscaped areas.

They are a great company to work with. The employees and owner are cordial and gracious. They clean up and leave your property looking like they were never there while giving A+ work.

The main team was top notch, hard working, fast, and did great work. The subcontracted team they used was not great and left my house with issues that the main business did not check up on. I had to call them, and they fixed most of the …

Mr. Lanier, thank you for giving us the opportunity to have worked on your property in 2021, I'm sorry about that, the subcontractor group has not longer working for us, also a lesson for Ep-R. Since that year we have not sub-hire subcontractors anymore, we have our employees who have the capacity and training to take care of our customers' properties.

Exceptional workmanship, good prices, prompt and reliable. They installed roofing on our 6 townhouse units. We were so impressed we had them install Hardiplank siding on our personal unit. A joy to work with these very nice workers.
