I received a robocall from Elite Review, and when I couldn’t understand the caller and politely asked him to repeat himself a few times, he became frustrated, cursed at me, and hung up. Completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t recommend doing business with them.

Our home got hit with a bad hail storm causing major damages to our roof, gutters, fence, and many areas around the house. Thanks to Elite roofing and Erick Medina who helped us through this whole process. Erick went above and beyond explaining to us every step of how the process of our claim was going to be since we are first time homeowners. He was very helpful always hands on answering our question, keeping us updated with schedules. The finish outcome of the roof, fence, gutters, and paint job came out great. We want to thank y’all for the amazing job and hard that was put into our home. Highly recommend Elite roofing and solar.
