  Update: I have not heard back from the business after their response to “make things right.” I normally don’t post negative reviews but I feel like it’s my duty to share with people who are considering having their roof replaced—one of the most costly services/installations you’ll ever have done for your home. Here is why I would not recommend this company: 1) Poor project management: they removed the coverings on our roof that we had installed by a pest control company (to prevent pests from entering our house). This cost us several thousand dollars, and I specifically recall telling the PM several times to ensure they were reinstalled after the work was completed. This did not happen. 2) They damaged our gutter guards during the process of replacing our roof. We recently had a gutter guard company inspect our gutter guards, and they said the guards had been damaged due to the roof replacement. 3) Customer service: I have called the company several times addressing my concerns and disappointment in the installation, and initially they were answering my phone calls, saying they value customer service, but now they are avoiding my calls altogether. I say all of this not to disparage the company, but I only share because I would want to know this information if I were to go through this process again.

  They offered a free storm inspection. I said ok but the roof is new. They went up and I hear pounding so I walked out side and watched them ripping shingles off, hitting them with what looked like a round hammer, then they were using what looked like a leaf rake on the shingles. Clearly trying to create a fake storm damage claim. Then they kept pushing me to file a insurance claim. After all this was done I called the owner and he sent his partner out to look at it. The partner then offered to fix the damage. Which I didn't want a repair on a new roof. So they refused to put anything in writing. So I filled a complaint at the BBB they responded saying they had not been to my house this year. Which I had screenshots of the text messages. Then they said I never called them, Which I had proof I did. They clearly are a company that takes advantage of people and insurance.

  Our roofing project was completed on time, within budget, and we are thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. Throughout the entire process, from the initial quote to the final project, there has been consistent and effective communication. Our representative, Speedy, and the on-site project foreman, Josh, have demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism. Notably, the project, which was initially estimated to take a day and a half or more, was completed in a single day. Furthermore, the company promptly returned to our property to install a new gutter, replacing the one that had been damaged by a storm. They took great care to ensure that the new gutter matched the existing one in color, size, and material, and they installed it swiftly and professionally. I highly recommend their services for roofing and exterior projects due to their exceptional customer service and ability to accommodate various budgets.

  I had a roof replace on my house and garage done in one day. i was worried it would rain but they didn't quit until it was finished. Also they people made sure everything was done correctly from beginning to end. My insurance company and Elite Exteriors were had great communication making this very helpful and affordable for me.

  Honestly one of the easiest decisions I’ve made! The project manager, Speedy, walked me through everything from start to finish. He made sure I was comfortable with every decision and that I knew what was going on at all times. He worked with our insurance, came when they did the inspection and was on site the day of install making sure all went well. Roofers were prompt, did a great job and cleaned up perfectly!

  We had a great experience with Josh and the whole team at Elite Exteriors. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with from start to finish. The crew was beyond excellent. From replacing the roof to the clean up everything was done with pride and respect for our property. Oh, and the roof looks great!

  Elite Exteriors did a great job on our new roof! They very clearly explained what they were going to do and work closely with our insurance company. They also upgrade outdated vent on our 30-year-old roof and brought everything else up to code. The new roof looks great. Highly recommend!

  My experience with Elite exteriors was professional and well organized. Nick and Blake helped me get my claim filed and did a wonderful job communicating with my insurance company and meeting with the adjuster.Josh and the crew were skilled and efficient ,and were able to address all my concerns (which there were several) and still have the job done in a day.They were also very accommodating when I needed to reschedule my installation and wanted additional quotes. Overall great job!

  Quality of workers and follow up superior. Company was not easy to work with, not hard sales but allowed us to check out other firms. Worked until 9 pm to finish. Project mgr Josh followed work project and returned for final inspection and let us know any issues or question give a call. Plus quality, work & follow up. Great firm.
