  I want to start off by saying the quality of the roof is not what I'm rating. Roof came out great and only took 2 days with 2 feet of snow on the ground. My problem is the after. I know it was near impossible to clean up everything in the snow. That being the case, maybe it should have been rescheduled. Since my roof was done, I've gotten a nail in my tire and have found lots of roofing debris in my yard. I've reached out go ECMR a few times and received an answer of "we will get back to you" I've had enough. As of the day im writing this my daughter stepped on a nail from roofing debris and I've still not heard back from ECMR from my previous concerns. I'll take care of it myself so if you read this ECMR, don't bother reaching out. Im done trying.

While the winter conditions and snow cover certainly made cleanup more challenging, that is not an excuse for the lack of follow-through on your concerns. Finding roofing debris in your yard, getting a nail in your tire, and especially having your daughter step on a nail is completely unacceptable, and I understand your frustration. After reviewing your situation internally, it appears we intended to coordinate a follow-up visit, but unfortunately that never happened. Regardless of the reason, we should have communicated better and ensured the issue was addressed promptly. After inspecting the area, the source of the leak was identified as damage to a pipe boot on the PVC membrane roofing system caused by heavy snow and ice movement. We also reached out directly to the manufacturer to review the situation, and they confirmed that this type of damage is considered environmental and is not covered under the material warranty. Workmanship warranties similarly do not apply to physical damage caused by severe weather conditions. Pipe flashings are exposed components on all roofing systems, including PVC, asphalt, and metal, and in severe New England winter conditions they can occasionally be affected by shifting snow and ice. This type of issue is not a reflection of a product or installation failure, but rather weather-related damage. We understand how upsetting situations like this can be and are always willing to speak directly with homeowners to help find a path forward.   We initially applied for financing through the FNBO Slice platform to see if we could afford this roof system and received the denial letter immediately but we are now receiving notices that East Coast Metal Roofing has run a soft inquiry for both me and my spouse through Dividend Finance almost 2 weeks after we have already decided to go with another roofing company. Please look into this.

In some cases, the notifications related to those inquiries are mailed by the financing provider and can arrive later, which may cause confusion about timing.   Metal roof was done great. Just make sure to keep a close eye, if you have a flat roof. Also, don't believe all replies companies make! The ONLY issue with the rubber roof was the way it was installed.

  Shotty craftsmanship. My roof is still leaking after 14 months and $25,000 of working with this company. Pictures are from the chimney repairman. Buyer beware.

Our team conducted multiple water tests and even wrapped the chimney in plastic to pinpoint the source of the problem. Based on those tests and your confirmation that no leaks occurred while the chimney was wrapped, we determined the water entry was due to a pre-existing chimney issue, not the roof itself. We recommended contacting a chimney professional to address the concern, as it falls outside the scope of our roofing system.   Taft kept in contact and made sure everything was here Shawn came up and checked progress on the job and straightened shades in skylights Jenna was most helpful getting the dumpster on the job seeing it wasn’t there Jenna was my contact person Thank you Paul was our first sales person he would have been happier if we went with metal (or we took him fishing) Patrick was very helpful connecting the boat to get it out of the way

  From beginning to end, this was a fabulous experience! Ian came to do the estimate. He was kind and funny and really listened to our needs and concerns. There was absolutely NO pressure to purchase the roof, which is something I look for when making a big purchase. Jenna, the office manager, was communicative every step of the way, answering my million questions and letting us know what next steps were. The crew was amazing-smiling and singing for much of the time they were working. They were courteous and VERY clean, picking up absolutely everything before they left each day (nails and scraps of roof debris that didn’t quite make it to the dumpster, etc.). Alex, the crew leader, kept the crew happy and healthy (eg. making sure they had lots of water and keeping them home when the air quality was unhealthy), and Keith, the quality control inspector, was on site to make sure we were happy with the work and the experience before they left on the last day. I would use them again without hesitation. Just fabulous!! And the roof is stunning!! Neighbors keep stopping to comment on it. Thank you SO much!!

  My new roof looks amazing! Even better than the images online. And the team that came out to do the work was quick, professional, and friendly. They even worked during a heat wave, and my roof was done way faster than I was expecting! Seriously couldn't have asked for a better experience, highly highly recommend!

  From start to finish my experience with East Coast Metal Roof was amazing. Beau came over and explained the entire process from start to finish. The communication from the office (Sean, Jenna & Tabatha) was great as we had to push the start date a number of times due to my end. What amazed me the most was George & the crew!! These guys came in and were the hardest working team ever. Not only did they leave the property cleaner than it was before the got there, but the craftsmanship was impeccable.   ECMR did a wonderful job on the installation of our new metal roofing. Andrew(product specialist) explained everything that would be done and answered all of our questions. He estimated it would be completed in six weeks and he was spot on. The communication regarding the project was perfect. Jenna and Tabitha(office managers) texted with updates regarding material arrival, dumpster arrival and when the project would start with plenty of notice for us to prepare. Shaun (quality control) talked with my husband on the phone and was on site to check on the progress. The crew was awesome. They started and finished this job in two days. A big job for 2 to 3 people each day. They work very well together. The one thing that impressed me the most with the crew is the cleanup. It was like we never had a new roof put on the house. There was nothing left behind. We would highly recommend EMR if you’re considering metal roofing.

  We had the roof on our home and detached garage replaced with Aluminum Shingle Driftwood Cedar Embossed Shingles. We love the product, sales, company contacts and the installer, everything was very organized and well done. We were kept in the loop and when E.C.M.R. said something was scheduled to happen, it happened! The crew was great and very neat, they cleaned up every day and worked long days to get out roofs completed on schedule. We look forward to enjoying many years of our new roofs. Thank You!

  Extremely pleased with the entire project of replacing my asphalt shingled roof with aluminum shingles as well as updating skylights and gutters. The matte black slate shingles really bump up the curb appeal of my home-just gorgeous. The skylights came with remote shades which was an appreciated feature. Updated gutters handle heavy rain and keep out debris. From start to finish the crew and company are outstanding in their communication and installation performance. We had a point person who was on the site daily for quality control making sure to update us on progress and answer any questions we had. The crew at end of day left the work site in clean order. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your roofing needs.
