The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Eady Lloyd D. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I had a small roof repair which turned into a medium sized repair. They responded right away, gave me a fair estimate and got the job done same day. Their guys were friendly, courteous, and did a great job. I will definitely be calling them when I need my roof replaced, very satisfied with their work.

These people just installed a roof on our cottage which is a 40 minute drive from Renfrew and I am impressed with the good service and reasonable price that they charged. They are also insured, which is good to know if you want to avoid problems with liability insurance claims. All in all, I highly recommend them.
Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Eady Lloyd D. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
