  Just really an unprofessional experience overall. I inquired for a quotation and an estimate of the total pricing. Said they'd have someone call for a scheduling. No one ever reached back, except when someone called me and told me that they already checked my roof which was really unsettling given that no prior notice has been told.

  We tried to get repair work done on front porch roof. Dunning sent out estimates AND THEN AVOIDED US NO PRICE NO-NO I'M NOT ENTERESTED WE GOT AVOIDED NOT VERY GOOD BUSINESS FRIENDLY

  I spoke to someone at Dunning Roofing, and I inquired about their estimate, I was told that someone would called me with an appointment, I made it clear that I wanted to be present, and to use a drone and don't get on top of the roof, No one ever call me for an appointment, someone named Andrew called me Wednesday and stated that someone was outside when I went to the door, this person had already went on top of my roof, this company is very dishonest and unprofessional, first of all, no one had the right to come to my home without prior notice and approval, and if you knocked, and didn't let me know that you wer coming, you had no right to get on top of my roof, I told Andrew that I didn't want anyone getting on top of my roof, someone checked my roof today and found some holes in it, there weren't any holes in my roof on Tuesday when the roof was inspected. I don't trust a business that disrespects my choice of wanting to be present when someone comes over to inspect my roof, they could damage my roof when I am not home so they can try and sale me a roof.I have had a Home Inspector, 4 roof inspectors and none stated I had any holes until today, when I received another inspection and I was present. I don't trust Dunning, because they should not have sent someone over to my home without calling me first, and had no right to go on top of my roof without my permission, I don't need intentional damage done to my roof to sale me another roof, I don't recommend this business because they are deceitful, unprofessional, and dishonest, I do not appreciate Dunning Roofing sending one of their employees over to my home to get on top of my room without my permission or consent, this is a bad scheming scamming business. I regret calling them.

  Jacqueline after a recent surgery I failed to respond to this faster. In no way can I fabricate a roof damage report to falsify a claim and I clearly stated how to inspect your roof and you gave us the clear go ahead. I have had 8 other roofers contact me advising me that they wouldn’t do what you wanted me to do. You contacted them and didn’t get the result you wanted and left bad reviews for them as well. We don’t do business this way and your insurance company was notified by other roofers as to your insurance situation

  I called for a leak. They came out quickly, but I asked for them to look and let me know what needed to be done and how much. He went on the roof came down and said I'm done. Then he handed a bill for $540.00 for 30 to 45 minutes of time and caulking. First they should have talked before doing the work. Second 540 for that little of work is insane. They did give us a $200.00 refund and apologize for not discussing the price prior to doing the work. We are good. They are good to do business with.

  Bill Thank you for reaching out. Thank you for recognizing our fast arrival as we always make an exception for anyone who has an active leak and will arrive on site within 48 hours especially with the amount of rain this summer. Leaks can cause thousands of dollars of damage. Prices are determined by scope of work, steepness of roof and distance to the jobs. While you may feel that the charge is higher than expected , roofing companies are subject to some of the highest insurance due to the risks associated with this type of work. However, one policy that was not adhered to was a call to the office and explain to us what was needed so that we may discuss with customers prior to engaging work. The technician that was there is relatively new with us and did not follow protocol. Since that is not how we do things we will credit back to you $200 as our show of good faith and recognition of our shortcoming. Your check was sent and appreciate the opportunity to help you!

  Andrew was great to work with. He was quick to get me an estimate, was the best price, and quick to get his team out there and started. They worked early to late to get it done as quickly as possible, keeping an eye on the weather. I am so thankful to have worked with them and will recommend them and/or use them in the future!

  Great company. From the owner, to the salesman, to the laborers. They were all professional and responsive to my questions/needs. The roof looks amazing, the debris was cleaned up as they worked. I couldn't have asked for a better company. Thanks Dunning!!!
