  They replaced the front half of our roof. About a month after they finished I tried to use our air conditioning and it wasn't pumping out cold air. We called an AC contractor to come out and take a look and they determined the cause was from the roofing materials. They punctured the copper wiring in our attic that holds the refrigerant with their nail guns. Total cost of repairs is $1600.00. I tried calling them to give them the bill and the man I spoke too pretty much said,"send me a letter". My fiance sent him over a letter and a bill, and they haven't responded. Going to have to go to small claims court. Don't do business with them. If they damage your property they wont cover it. You would have to go through the hassle of the courts process. Which, is never fun.

  hello whitney we were originally called out there by the previous owner we never did any work thru you ,we came out to fix the problems with the roof around the swamp cooler .we replaced the roof yes but in no way shape of form did we damage ruin or even shoot thru anything to do with the swamp cooler anything to do with that would have been from the previous roof damage which was extensive and we spent alot of time correcting. we got a call never spoke to you and also why would we pay for a unit that went out and supposedly due to us puncturing it we had saw nails thru everything up there before we started and can guarantee we had no part in it and are sorry you have to think this way of us but we strive in our customer excellence and this in no part was our fault and sorry you had to deal with this !

  Almost 27 years ago, we contacted this company to repair a leak in our newly purchased home. After 5 visits, we still had the leak, which after they finished had become several additional leaks. They were supposed to fixed the roof, which is what we paid for, and 26 years later we still have the leaks which this company never fixed. Don't do business with this company unless you enjoy hassle galore

  Very professional, thorough, reasonable service. Very friendly and personable service! Thank you! My roof was completed in 1999 and it's still intact in 2023!!!

  Gene and his crew re-did roofs on two houses I own in Fairview Valley. The first property was problematic in that there is a flat roof addition coming off a 4 & 12 pitch with composition shingles. We had been plagued with leaks in heavy weather for years. Gene assessed it, told me what had to be done and completed the job ON TIME. The second property has a flat roof with a jigsaw floor plan that had several problem areas. Again, they finished the job on time and were extremely conscientious with cleanup, etc. The last time I used Gene was probably four years ago on a commercial building down below. Flat roof, with a number of weather frayed seams, two swamp coolers, etc. He came by himself and patched all of it, EXTREMELY reasonable. Gene's dad did a job for my great aunt 35 years ago and she's the one that recommended Dunford Roofing. I would highly recommend them for any type of job.

  Elijah was so nice and knowledgeable. Came out for an estimate, was cheaper than other companies ( that could not do the work for a month) and came back 1st thing the next day and did an awsome job. He matched our roof shingles perfectly, and even painted our pipes while he was up there to match the roof. Highly recommend!!!!
