Not a good company at all. They have been lying to us and screwing us around on roofing materials for two months now. Looks like we will have to send this debt to a collection company. ZERO STARS ..... BAD COMPANY

Hired them to clear ice and snow from roof. Felt mislead about the scope of work done for the price. From the phone call I was under the impression that they would clear the entire roof, but once they arrived they had said they would only …

UNETHICAL BUSINESS. Don’t hire this company. We had no agreement with them, simply a phone conversation inquiring a quote. NOTHING WAS CONFIRMED. They actually showed up on the TENTATIVE date that was discussed. We advised them that we …

We had some wind damage done to our roof and Greg was very quick to respond and get the roof repaired within 24 hours. It was great to have the photos of the damage sent to me. Greg was very pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with the work and great service.

After the huge snowfall at the end of January, we experienced a leak in a bedroom ceiling. The water was dripping and rolling down the wall like a waterfall. Doucette responded immediately. Two crew members came and shoveled off a foot …

The office staff is always helpful and the service was top notch. I appreciated the fact that they went beyond my request and checked the whole roof structure for stability before they started.

Had a leak in our closet, reached out to the owner, who was here the next day. He assessed the damage and within a week we had a new roof. The team was super professional, clean and fast, and was able to fix our roof within a day, leaving no mess just a properly installed roof. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of a new roof, 5 stars!

Doucette came out last year to repair some damaged plywood around a vent done by another roofing company. They replaced the damaged plywood and reshingled that part of the roof. They did a great job at a reasonable pice. Have not had anymore problems with the roof since.

Was very happy with having my roof done. Everything was cleaned up at the end of every day and the work was done in a very timely manner. I recommend this company to have a good job done. May not be the cheapest, but you are getting quality work that it will last and they stands behind their work. They have been in business for a long time and I’m glad I chose them to do my roof. Thanks
