The first three are Google’s own figures for Done Right Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the British Columbia roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 3 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Done Right Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

Done Right Roofing did an excellent job with our roof repair. They came when promised and fixed the leak quickly and for a good price. We recommend them. Richard

Finally got our roof replaced after putting it off forever and honestly wish we'd done it sooner. Quote was fair, no scare tactics or weird upsells, and the final bill was exactly what they said it'd be which was a nice change from the other two companies we talked too. Crew showed up on time and just got after it, even in the usual vancouver dowmpour. They covered the garden beds, didnt block the driveway, and cleaned up so well you couldnt even tell they were there. I went over the yard with a magnet and didnt find a single nail. Best part was the communication tho. Got texts before they showed up, updates during, and a full walkthrough at the end. Way better than most trades who just kinda dissapear on you. Six months in and a few proper soakings later, no leaks anywhere. If you're near delta or around the lower mainland and need a roof done, just call em. You wont regret it.

The Done Right Team exceeded expectations. We called them out for a roof leak and they showed up on time and were very honest. Job completed ahead of original estimate and on budget. Would highly recommend.

What Done Right Roofing says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Done Right Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
