Alright everybody. Listen up. I was skeptical at first. I don't make decisions quickly. I'm a person who is hesitant to work with anyone who knocks on my door. Damir convinced me to get at least an inspection done because he could tell that there was wind damage on the roof from the ground. This didn't make sense to me because I just had a roofer do an inspection and they didn't note any damage. So, Damir's experienced team did an inspection and BOOM! Clear textbook example of wind damage. 26+ shingles on my left side had wind damage. It was clear that the other roofer had no clue what they were talking about. Damir explained the process of filing the claim with the insurance (travelers in my case). He helped me file the claim. The first inspector didn't know what they were doing, so he fought and fought. Ended up having to get a Public Adjuster involved because Travelers was being completely ridiculous. Eventually, after a second inspection they approved it the same day. Construction started the next week. As you can see in the pictures, it looks so good! I'm so pleased with it, and if Damir thinks you could get a claim approved, trust him. It might take some time, but he doesn't give up. This man earned his 5 star review, but his team sealed the deal. Great work Damir, thanks for the new roof! -Anthony

Damir did an amazing job from start to finish on our roof! This was an insurance claim, and Damir kept at it until the insurance company approved the roof. The roof that DIM put on looks fantastic, and the crew were amazing: highly competent, on time, polite, and they cleaned the whole area up like they had never been there. I highly recommend!!

I was so fortunate to be referred to Damir and his team at DIM Construction. They guided me through submitting the insurance claim and ensured my roof damage was sufficiently documented, which led to approval for my full roof replacement. The team worked quickly and meticulously to replace the roof, and I couldn't be more impressed with the result. It looks amazing!

Roof damage can sometimes be covered by insurance depending on the cause and the details of the policy. Storm damage, wind damage, hail impacts, and other qualifying events may lead to roof repairs or replacement opportunities for homeowners. At DIM Construction, our team works with homeowners throughout the roofing process, from inspections and evaluations to helping navigate the repair or replacement process. Routine roof assessments can help identify potential issues early and provide a better understanding of your roof’s current condition. May 19, 2026Call now
