Detroit Roofers of Novi did roof maintenance for us before a long trip. The roofer cleared built up leaves near a valley and tightened a loose flashing detail. He sent photos after the roofing visit, which was helpful. It gave us one less thing to worry about while we were gone

A slow leak in Northville showed up near old trim that I did not want damaged any further. The roofing contractor traced it to chimney flashing repair and was careful around the brickwork. He explained the repair without talking over me. The finished roofing looked tidy from the yard, and the inside stain finally stopped growing.

I wanted a roof inspection in Novi because a buyer had asked questions after seeing older shingles in the disclosure photos. The roofing contractor found one repair that made sense to address before negotiations got annoying. He did not pad the report or make the roof sound worse than it was. The repair was finished the next day, and the paperwork was simple enough for our agent to pass along. That helped keep the sales conversation calm. I liked that the company treated it like a real deadline without turning it into panic. Selling a house is already a lot. This was one of the few pieces that did not become a headache.

Detroit Roofers of Novi fixed my roof after a vent cap shifted during a windy night. The roofing contractor gave me the price before starting and finished the roof repair quickly. No mess left around the side gate. Easy enough

Our medical office needed flat roof replacement on a stretch that had been patched too many times. We chose a roofing company in Novi because they seemed to understand that patients still had to come and go. The crew worked over a weekend and kept the front entrance free. There was one surprise when they found more saturated material than expected. They showed photos, explained the added cost, and waited for approval before moving forward. I did not love paying more, but I did appreciate the transparency. By Monday morning the space was usable, and the ceiling tile problem stopped. For commercial roofing, that is the kind of result we needed.

We had gutter replacement done in Novi after water kept spilling near the basement window. The roofer noticed the pitch was wrong and also found wear under the shingle edge. He walked me through both pieces before starting the roofing work. The new gutter run drains away from the house now, and the crew rinsed off the walkway before leaving. I appreciated the extra care.

I called a roofer in Novi because one corner of the soffit looked warped after several heavy rains. He found moisture getting behind the edge and recommended soffit and fascia repair along with a roof repair above it. I was skeptical at first, but seeing the damaged wood changed my mind. The crew kept the landscaping covered and took away the old trim. The corner looks much better now.

Our Walled Lake home had shingles torn loose after a burst of lake wind. The roofer gave us a reasonable price for storm damage repair and checked the roofline without making it sound worse than it was. Good roofing work, and they did not leave debris in the driveway

Detroit Roofers of Novi replaced our roof after we noticed dark streaks, curling shingles, and more wear than we expected for the age of the house. We are pretty particular about how the house looks from the street, and they helped us choose a shingle that fits the exterior without making it look too heavy. The crew kept the project moving, checked in each day, and did a careful cleanup around our patio and side yard.
