  I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH!! After having a very disappointing experience with another roofing company , I honestly didn’t know what to expect . We originally chose to work with a family -owned business because we wanted that personal experience rather than deal with a large commercial roofing company where you sometimes feel like just another job. We wanted a company that would treat us like people, not just a number - and that is exactly what we found in this company. What happened next completely exceeded my expectations. Her company ended up doing the work on our home, and from the very beginning , she treated us with honesty, kindness and respect. She honored the original commitment that was made to us , even after discovering there was an additional layer of shingles underneath our tile roof. Removing the additional layer of shingles would have resulted in a significant additional cost, but the owner stood by her word and took care of it without changing what we had agreed upon. Even replaced the metal creases with new metal no charge. The crew was absolutely wonderful . They arrived every morning from 6:30am and worked till 4:30-5:00 pm, and in the heat. The entire job took four days . They were professional, courteous, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. At the end of each day they cleaned up so you hardly knew a roofing crew had been there. But what impressed me the most wasn’t even the roof - it was the WAY WE WERE TREATED. You can tell this is a family - owned business that cares about its customers and employees. The kind of leadership shows in the way her crew treats people and takes pride in their work. And then there was something that touched us personally. She sent us a beautiful plant after the passing of our dog. She barely knew us but yet took the time to do something so thoughtful and compassionate. That gesture meant more to us than she probably realizes. She made us feel like family! Our experience went from the most fru

  Work was done efficiently and on time. Excellent conversation between them and us, great follow-up. No add-ons to the original quote and the entire job was done by one company, including removal and reinstalling of the solar panels. Courtney and Oscar always kept us informed. I would recommend this company FOREVER!

  Desert Sands did a great job giving me a new roof. The communication between the office and myself was fabulous. When , I apologized for making a second phone call about the same thing. I was told that I could call as many times as I wanted.. The project manager stopped in every day to see how I felt about how things were going. After the job was finished, he walked with me around the house and made sure that I was happy about everything. He told me if I had any concerns in the future that I should call and they would respond immediately.

  Desert sands roofing were great. They gave me great service, were very professional and organized and communicated extremely well. They replaced my roof and solar panels and did a great job. Oscar and Courtney kept us posted at all times and their post project support was also great. Top notch.

  Excellent customer service from start to finish. Crew was here from 7:00-4:00 in 105°+ temps and completed in the time I was told. Highly recommend
