Work was done and I never received an invoice for 3 months. I finally get an invoice and it includes one for a late fee. When I called to discuss it, I never gave my name or any identifying information; and the lady I spoke to said that she doesn’t know what to tell me because she mailed it twice. The one I finally received was received 9 days after it was printed. I never received the any prior and her professionalism, or lack there of, was uncalled for.

I bought a townhouse & called Dependable Roofing for an inspection due to the age of the roof. They came out promptly, gave me a quote for the repair and a quote to replace the entire roof as well. Both quotes were very reasonable and fair! I scheduled the repair and again, they came out right on time, were professional, and made me feel at ease with the repair. I will be calling them when I need to replace it as well! An insurance company referred them to me and I’m so happy they did!!!

I have used Dependable Roofing on two different locations with great results. I recommend highly. The quality of work and professionalism are outstanding. They are “ straight shooters” and will not sell something that is mot needed.
