Our insurance company scheduled this company to come out after our roof sustained hail and wind damage. While the gentleman was at our home he told us all about the damage proceeded to tell me that he couldn't exactly determine where the water was leaking into my living room but it was coming from the roof. I waited over a week before calling the insurance company to find out where the estimate was and our adjuster told me that the company said they determined the damage to our roof wasn't store related and they were not capable of doing the repairs. The adjuster was shocked because they had sent someone out initially to check the roof and that person found all the hail and wind damage and was able to determine the damage in my living room was related to a leak from the roof. Our insurance company had already issued the checks when DTR said the damage wasn't storm related. Overall, the gentleman that came to our home from DTR was friendly and seemed knowledgable but for some reason didn't want our business. I was able to find another company that will do our roof decking and new shingles along with all the other repairs. Sadly, based on this experience I wouldn't recommend the company.

I sent an email to this company, and they replied quickly. I’d recommend them to my friends and family since their customer service is really good. If I could, I’d give them 10 stars.

Denton Trinity repaired hail damage to our roof, gutters, and wood fence. We are super satisfied with the work they did or the professionalism they displayed during the whole process. We highly recommend them and will use them for any future issues that arise.

This is an excellent company from our experience. We used Denton Trinity Roofing to replace our back patio cover that was falling down. They did a complete tear down and rebuild that looks 100% better than what we had. Their team is truly talented craftsmen. We highly recommend them for your roofing and repair needs.

After the big hail storm back in April, the insurance company recommended Denton Trinity Roofing for our repairs. I could not be happier with the work they did on our house. We are fully back to where we should be, better even. Jonathan kept me up to date on the scheduling of the work, he was always available to answer my questions, and he was very professional. If we have any need for repairs in the future, we'll definitely use this company again.

This company goes the extra mile when you are on deadline with your insurance company. Beau and the office manager, Celeste were so understanding and prompt and even sent me additional information to help me. The work is top notch and the customer service is outstanding.

Alan from DTR was so kind. He stopped by my home while I was out, checked on my roof, and did his best to give me a temporary fix until the rain ceased. I will definitely hire DTR for all of my roof repairs!

This is the second time we have used Denton Trinity Roofing in Denton, Tx. We are very happy with the quality of the roof and the team they have doing their work. I came home to find the owner of the company just packing up his ladder because he had been checking the completed roof and asked to check the water heater closet and attic. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of roof repair or replacement. Joann M.

I have worked with Alan Chamberlain on several occasions and found he and his team to be honest, forthright and very responsive. His crews work hard and are very conscious in their cleanup. I would recommend them wholeheartedly! Janet Pol
