  Larry made an appointment with me then never called, never showed. Multiple calls to him and the receptionist went unanswered..looks like they don't want to work

  I would give 1/2 star. The guy that went to my place was professional and told me what the problem was. He was supposed to call me and give an estimate. He also said he would have to come on a Saturday. I waited a week and there was no response.

  Not only will they NOT get back to you after you have left messages but when they DO decide to get ahold of you, they will call you with such unpleasant customer service. The guy decided to stop by and was just absolutely rude! Mind you, …

  I had a leak during a rainstorm. I had only asked for an estimate. Instead they came out and completed the repairs without my knowledge or approval. I received a bill for $1200 as they were repairing the roof. I assumed it was a mistake since this was a small job. Also, I have seen their invoice for another property and they charged 5k to replace a same size roof. I called the owner, he said this was an emergency and he put me ahead of other jobs so that's the price. I said he should have let me know how much the bill was going to be before he started the repair. Besides disrespecting me by saying I don't work hard for my money, he threatened to leave the roof open and tell his workers to leave. I told him that's fine if he wants to do that, I'll pursue legal action and he hung up. He called back after two minutes and said the bill is now $300. I paid the bill. I was trying to prevent retaliation from the owner so I waited two years before I posted this review. I just posted this review and sure enough the owner texted me saying "Thank you so much for the bad review. I can't wait for it to leak again. I helped you and this is what I get." I have attached the screenshot of the text.

  Had a bad experience with Dehart Roofing. I'd suggest looking at other options for your roofing needs. You can find cheaper and friendlier people somewhere else.

  We talked with them & signed the paperwork. The installer never showed! No response to our calls. What the heck? Not professional at all!

  we had a new roof put on our home this past week by DeHart Roofing. I am not going to repeat all great things said about Larry and his crew but, I will tell you if you hire Larry for a new roof , you will not be disappointed, Thank You So Very Much, Great Job Larry

  If there were 6 stars, I would add them. These guys are efficient and do great work! Price was very reasonable, too. Not a single trace of scrap was left behind from the install. My house looks new again.

  Replaced roof, great price, done quickly, no issues from start to finish, friendly & good communication. Even replaced few post on patio for free. Would highly recommend.

  I would highly recommend DeHart Roofing Inc. They back up there work if you have any problems they are there to correct it. Had a little running drip off my roof to my porch and call Clayton Dehart on a Friday after noon and that Saturday morning he sent some one over to take care of the problem. Yes ,definitely would recommend DeHart Roofing Inc,

  Love our new roof, it looks great. Larry was so pleasant and easy to work with, the cost was just what he estimated it to be. The roof was finished in 3 days, what hard workers his crew were and they cleaned up so well each day you couldn’t tell they had even been there. Very happy I chose Dehart Roofing I highly recommend them.

  DeHart Roofing did a fantastic job on our home. Larry and his crew were great to work with. He’s got a hard working group of guys that he treats well. Larry gave us some different options on how to go about roofing our home and took that personal approach on how to best serve us and do the job right. My husband is a very hands on guy and pointed out some areas of concern and Larry was there to work with him on how to best approach those key points before any work started. While price is one thing quality work, service and products are of a value all their own. We ended up with a great looking roof using quality industry products. Thank You DeHart Roofing

  We were very pleased with our experience with Dehart Roofing. Larry, the owner, was excellent with responding to questions and making sure job was done to our satisfaction. His team was on time and very professional. His bid was "middle of the road" compared to other estimates we had, and we felt it was a good combination of value with excellent customer service. Cheaper is not always the better way to go :)
