DECARNEY ROOFING LLC

The only one or two-star review we hold for DECARNEY ROOFING LLC.

They might do fantastic roofs but we'll never know due to the stupidity of their phone system. Multiple questions just to get to a person to ask to come out and give a repair quote. I'll call the competition.

  Reply from the business

Hey Todd! The phone system is in place due to the high volume of robo/scam calls we get per day which tie up our lines. All you need to do is answer to few questions on the intake to get scheduled or use our super easy online submission form and we will get in touch with you. Best of luck with your roof 👍🏽 - Mario DeCarney

Just had a brand new roof put on by the DeCarney team and I must say ....I could not be more happy with the results! Our foreman for the job, Tony, showed a very high level of professionalism, and it was very obvious he knows how to run a roofing team! I left for work at 430am and before I got home that very same day, they were letting me know that my roof was done! Wow! One day service is simply unheard of these days! They kept me posted with images and messages all throughout the process so I could make informed decisions on anything extra it needed....one section of the roof needed some new decking and their pricing for that was on point. Anyone looking for a painless, professional, outstanding, knowledgeable, and reliable team to replace your roof; be sure to contact Mario, Tony and the whole DeCarney Roofing Team! You will not be disappointed!!

If we could give DeCarney Roofing 10 stars, we would! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely outstanding. Mario was incredible to work with—his communication was constant, he always kept us informed, and he took the time to walk us through every decision so we felt completely confident throughout the entire process. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes tremendous pride in his work. The roofing crew was equally impressive. They were hardworking, professional, polite, and incredibly respectful of our home and property. We have two dogs who wanted to be part of the team and refused to leave the workers alone, and everyone was so patient, kind, and good-natured about it. It says a lot about a company when the crew treats your pets as well as they treat your home. The quality of the workmanship is second to none. Our roof came out absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere you look. When the project was complete, the cleanup was impeccable—you would never know they had just replaced an entire roof. They left our yard spotless, which gave us such peace of mind, especially with our dogs. DeCarney Roofing exceeded every expectation we had. Honest, communicative, professional, and committed to delivering top-quality work from beginning to end. We couldn't be happier with our new roof and would recommend Mario and his team without hesitation to anyone looking for a roofing company they can truly trust. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful project such an easy and enjoyable experience!

Mario Decarney Roofing were consummate professionals, from my initial contact with the message center, to conversing with Mario about my need for a minor roof repair, through consistent communication about scheduling the repair job within their busy and slightly backlogged schedule due to the challenging weather cycle of July, until the very end when foreman Tony shows up with his affable crew to repair the roof quick and efficiently! All done within a span of two weeks, due to Mario’s communication, flexibility and Tony’s execution.
