The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

These guys did a terrible job in my roof. Many mistakes they had to go back and fix. Trash and nails in my front and back lawn. Even in the driveway. Had to go repair two tires because of these guys. When I expressed my concern, no response.
Other reviews we hold
2 more of the 3 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The crew was professional, on time, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Our new roof looks great and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Don’t hesitate to give DK Roofing a call. Dave came with short notice and took care of job same day... and best of all his estimate didn’t go up. He even painted the new clay tiles to match existing clay tiles! Will continue using DK Roofing or recommend to anyone needed a roofer! Thanks Dave!
What Dave Kennedy Roofing says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Dave Kennedy Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
