  Waited 4 weeks for a scheduled appt for an estimate due due to storm damage to our siding. According to Melissa in the office this was their first availability. They did not show, text or call to let me know they were not coming. Don't believe what these people tell you....it's not about helping people get their homes fixed from storm damage it is about getting the bigger jobs and the money.

  The company charged $1000 to repair a hole on a shed roof, it took a half a sheet of plywood and maybe 2-3 shingles to repair, took about an hour to repair. This is price gouging at the very least, not customer focused.

  Really wanted to hire them to replace our roof. After a couple of weeks begging them to get me the estimate or contact my insurance company the information required to pay the full claim, they still dropped the ball. I continued to call and ask for the information letting them know it was urgent and got the run around yet again. My insurance cut a check for next to nothing based on what I told them since they had no information from Dan Faith Construction to pay the full claim. When I called the office I got the "f you" nice response of well you know we are busy. I was not valued as a customer. I felt like I was just a waste of their time and there was a hundred of me in line.

  Brandi, while I understand that you are frustrated with the lack of responsiveness you received, please note that the initial site visit was April 5, and we did provide your insurance company with a quote on April 14 despite you telling us you were not using us for the needed services. Additionally, any payment issued does not close out your insurance claim; therefore, we are not at fault for the check you received or the amount that it was for. I will also note that we were amidst two major windstorms. We apologize for the experience you had and the lack of priority you felt but remind you that all projects we take on require patience from both us and the customer. Thank you!

  Secretary is great had a tree fall on my house this company was listed by my insurance company as a preferred contractor so I thought great my house repair will be an easy process dan himself called me the night before my insurance inspection I personally told him the time next day comes and he don't even bother to show up or call instead his secretary contacts me to tell me dan didn't know the time and the inspector left his message on a company line not Dan's cell but like I said I personally told Dan the time of the inspection the day before so as a homeowner in a bind or not I would never use this guy as a contractor and if they want to dispute any of my claims I have all emails and messages and phone conversation records to prove what I'm saying just undependable

  We are presently having our house resided. After being told 4 different days that the company was going to be out here, the fourth day they showed up. My husband came home to be there because we weren’t sure if they were going to show up. We were prepped for another phone call for a reschedule. The “crew” was 2 guys and they worked so hard. They were very nice. The end of the first day they said they ran out of room in the truck for the garbage. They would be back the next day. This time I took the day off. Day one they were here at 7:45am. By 9am I was wondering what was going on. They showed up at 9:15. I went out and introduced myself. The guys told me they weren’t staying. They had an emergency job to do and they would be back tomorrow. I was dumbfounded. They are late. No phone call. I took the day off for this reason. I have kids at home that felt weird being home with strangers right outside of the house. And my husband said the guys asked a lot of questions. I asked to call the owner. I spoke with him and he couldn’t care less. He was getting his money. He said said someone called. I said no. He read off my phone number and it was wrong. So that was his get outta jail free card. No one called my husband either. I am not sure how to run a business fully, but I can tell you that’s not what you do. Communication is key. We also asked if a quote on another job awhile back. We have yet to receive any information on that, but that’s ok. We learned our lesson here. They are “supposed” to be here tomorrow to finish the job.

We try to explain that all work start dates are potentially tentative, as issues may arise on the previous job extending the planned timeline, or we may run into weather delays.   I am sorry that I EVER selected this company to replace my roof. The roof is only a month old. The "dip" that was on the garage portion of the old roof is still visibly present on the new roof all because his crew foreman and him deliberately chose to not replace a rafter. Each time that I tried to discuss this with Dan he blamed me for not knowing that my rafter was bad. I'm not the roofing expert nor do I own a construction company. Today I tried to come to a sensible resolution which is to tear off the garage roof and repair it correctly. Instead he wants to "Sister in" a repair and jack up my roof from inside which is NOT a good idea. I was being nice during the conversation and Dan turned vicious on me threatening to take me to court and put a lien on my house. He was paid for his work. The small balance that remains is because the Gable Ends are NOT completed. Please DO NOT get this company to work on your house.

  What a joke...They called me and canceled my appointment after being 20 min. Late. Jason was rude on the phone and we cancelled our anniversary plans for them to show up apparently our little job isn't good enough for them to do. Don't ever use these guys(Ever)I hope they lose all their business, I am letting everyone know...Angie's list google craigslist...

  I am so sorry for your inconvenience, and I apologize to you and your wife. We have been challenged over the past couple months of these trying times, as has everyone else. With the Covid-19 virus we have had to change many ways we do scheduled appointments, however, sometimes is does not work out. With social distancing our appointments have been taking longer than the scheduled time and therefore we have not been able to get there in a timely fashion. We have made adjustments over these past weeks so that we do not overbook. I sincerely apologize to you for not getting the courtesy you deserved. Thank you.

  Destroyed my mother's gutters while putting on new roof, and denied doing it, and now won't come back. Also, the office secretary is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude, and called my senior citizen mother "nuts." Stay away from this company! There's other good quality roofing companies to use.

  Diane, I am sorry you feel this way. We went out to your mother's home for a site visit that was requested by her insurance company. We found wind damage to the roof and was able to have the insurance pay for the roof replacement, however, gutters were not approved by her carrier. The gutters were old and surpassed there life expectancy. We did speak with her about the gutters and ask her if she wanted us to replace them but she declined. After the roof was installed, your mother called our office several times requesting us to come out to look at the gutters. We did make several return visits and reinforced the hangers that were attached to the roof, also did sealing and replaced a miter box at no cost to her. After we completed the job and made additional site visits we contacted the adjuster on her claim. He made another site visit and determined the gutters were not cover. We did ask your mother again if she wanted us to replace her gutters and she decline. Your mother filled out the customer satisfaction form and the money was release to her. We feel we did all we could to accommodate your mother. We pride ourselves to be professional with all customers and treat everyone with respect. Thank you.

  We had a septic backup disaster and we needed both of our bathrooms pretty much replaced. Jason came out to assess, he was great to deal with. Dave and Mike came out next and did a fantastic job!!!! Great experience and would highly recommend!!

  We had wind damage to the house. My insurance co. Sent Dan Faith to clear the fallen tree and put a temporary patch on the damaged area. We chose them to do the repairs. Their crews have all done very good work and we are very pleased with the job they have done to restore our damaged roof and deck. I would give them an A++ and recommend them.

  We had our roof replaced in December a couple weeks before Christmas. Never having to replace a roof we were a little worried about the season and weather. We used a local company, Dan Faith Construction LLC after checking out his website reviews, a neighbor and BBB. His crew arrived very early in the morning and it was obvious immediately they had many years of experience. In addition to the roof, they replaced two skylights that were 20 years old and decaying. By the end of the day when all light was gone, they completed the job on day one and returned the next morning to clean up any debris. They paid close attention to our TV Dish, landscape and new Dogwood tree. We highly recommend Dan Faith Construction when you need a roof replacement, any time of the year!   Worked with my insurance and went back with them to get the job done right on a repair claim. Once started, the repair teams finished quickly, left a clean worksite and the repairs look great.

  The best thing I liked about the Dan Faith crew is their honesty. They came in and worked very hard to get my home back to normal. In addition they all take pride in their trade and therefore we got a job well done. I definitely would use them again.

  We had a tree fall on our back garage during one of the terrible wind storms. They were out to assess the damage, brought over samples to closely match the roof on our home, and worked with our insurance company. Everything was fixed so quickly, and we couldn't be happier!

  We just had a BIG portion of our roof replaced and they a fantastic job of matching up the shingles. The crew was on time, very efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. The clean up was unbelievable! The job took a day and a half; but the cleanup was done at the end of each day. We had one question about the job & Pat was here in no time flat. Question resolved!
