Custom Craft sent Drew out to my home to help with an emergency roof leak. When I talked to them, they did everything they could to get my roof seen asap. They sent Drew the same day. He thoroughly inspected my roof and promptly fixed the problem. I was not at the property. He called me to discuss the problems and made me feel comfortable in his assessment. A sudden roof leak is very stressful. Thank you to Custom Craft for responding so quickly and for sending Drew! Highly recommend this company!

We’ve worked with CustomCraft for roof and siding installation on over a dozen projects, and they continue to deliver every time. A special shoutout to Tim, our project manager, and the entire CustomCraft crew for consistently doing a phenomenal job not only with the quality of their work, but also with their communication, customer service, and follow-ups. They’re reliable, professional, and a great company to work with. Highly recommend!

My experience with Custom Craft Roofing /Jake Meyer was outstanding! Our initial meeting was a great first impression as we detailed the job, cost walk, and timeline. CCR /Jake was prompt with the quote, follow-up, and job execution. I was 100% satisfied with the CCR team regarding work quality and professionalism on my roofing project. CCR / Jake Meyer would always be my choice and recommendation for any future exterior housing/commercial project.

Six guys worked on my roof. They remove the old singles, made some repairs to the sub structure and installed the new roofing material. I am extremely happy with the work performed, material quality and professional quote completed by Jake Meyer. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend the company to others.

I had an excellent experience with CustomCraft Roofing & Construction. From start to finish, the entire process was professional and well organized. My salesperson, Jordan, was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the project. Bob, the project manager, did an outstanding job coordinating the installation and keeping me informed every step of the way. The roofing crew worked efficiently, completed a high-quality installation, and paid close attention to the details. Just as importantly, they did an exceptional job cleaning up the property when they were finished. The job site was left in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to recommend CustomCraft to anyone looking for a quality roofing contractor. They delivered exactly what they promised, and I'm very pleased with the finished product.
