  Custom Home Improvements installed a new roof on our home and from our first meeting until the completion of the job, we received outstanding customer service and were pleased with the outcome. Bill explained the roofing product we were buying, Kimberly communicated the actual install process and stayed in touch during the install and Rick, the on site job supervisor, sent videos of progress and answered questions promptly. We are very happy with our new roof and recommend CHI to anyone needing a new roof.

  The representatives that came to do my multiple project estimate, Bill and Demetrius, were absolutely outstanding. Their professionalism and candor went above and beyond. They were honest and respectful and very easy to talk with and explain my vision of my home. There were truly trustworthy in every aspect and explained the whole process to me in great detail; extremely customer focused. They provided me everything I wanted at the best price. They were also highly respectable of my service as a veteran which is appreciated by me and meant so much. As someone who ensures all my needs are met before going forward on any project, I am going with Customer Home improvement and am excited to do so!!   Excellent experience from the office staff, the individual who came out and gave the estimate, the workers who were onsite to replace my roof. They arrived precisely at 7 AM and left around 7:30 PM. The supervisor kept texting me updates the entire time they were at my home.
