  They “repaired” our flat roof several months ago and not long after the roof area in our bedroom started leaking, which we had no prior issues with it. After several phone calls, Rob came and “fixed” the problem, charging us another several hundred dollars. My roof is still leaking and we haven’t been able to get a hold of Rob to come back to our home to take another look. Finally, contacted another roofing company today and found out that our entire roof has been ruined so needs to be completely re-done. Great job, Crown Roofing!!! I would give you zero stars if that was an option.

  Rob told you .you needed a new roof. If you want a refund for the repair just give me a call Thanks todd. But sorry we couldnt fix it. It was too far gone already.

  Did the roof next to mine (semi-detached). Parked trailer and truck on my lawn. Told them to remove it. Employess cursed and swore at me. Removed all old shingles from adjcent roof by walking over my roof. Now my roof and propety have damage. Get permission before parking on someones property! Don't damage the roof you aren't contracted to touch! Now i have to have roof repaired/accessed and file in small claims court Update: after 3 years crown roofing replied to my review. You were on the lawn. Perhaps I should upload photos of your trailer on my lawn as photos for your business. If you weren’t on my lawn you wouldn’t have had to clean it up. Simple. Ask for person to park vehicles on their property/lawn. Ask before climbing and walking on someones roof.

  I called this company more than three times over the last month to come repair a problem with a big leak in the roof they replaced in May of 2013. I was told that they would be out Monday the first time I called; the second and third times he remembered my name and address-apologized that he had not been out in the past week, promised again he would be out...but never bothered to show up. I had to hire a contractor who sealed around the bathroom vent pipe and coated the area of the leak with clear acrylic roofing sealant. It resolved the copious amount of water that was pouring through my soffit and damaging the ceiling above my bathtub.

  Great service is an understatement! I reached out to Todd for a quote on a really overdue roof replacement, he was at my door on the day and time we agreed on and he assured me they would take care of my requests and they did just that! The crew showed up when they said they would and completed the job phenomenally. With Crown Roofing it felt like more than just a transaction and a job, it’s a company that made sure you were taken care of and the end result meets exactly what you were expecting! Thanks to Todd, Rob and their crew I can drive up my driveway and think, wow what a beautiful roof instead of closing my eyes and holding my breath wondering how much is left of my roof today after the wind and rain. It down poured yesterday and I didn’t have to pick any shingles up off my yard or watch pieces of asphalt float down my gutters 😅 (because they also replaced and extended our downspouts too 👏). We’ve already had quite a few compliments not even 24 hours after the job was done - and the colour Todd recommended turned out beautifully! So if you are looking for a RELIABLE, professional, above and beyond roofing company, Crown Roofing should be your go to.

  Just had my second roof replacement done by these guys. Another quality job done for a fair price. They were able to get to me quickly after I reached out to them and tidied the property up nicely when the job was done.

  We had Todd come over today and fix our roof. It was damaged by racooons. Todd came over within a day and fixed the roof back to its original state. No need to go anywhere else. Todd Is your guy!!!

  A nasty raccoon damaged our roof last night. Todd answered my distress call early Saturday morning on a long weekend. Within a few hours Rob (who was an absolute sweetheart) and another crew member arrived to do the job quickly and efficiently. Amazing service! Thank you again

  Blessed beyond measure to have my roof done by crown roofing. Without sharing my life story, all I can say is they made this bump in the road that much better. Highly recommend!!!! The estimate was done the day I called, the roof was completed just three days later. Amazing team!

  I scheduled two appointments for repairs with the company, but they failed to show up both times. They did not contact me to provide any notice of scheduling changes or cancellations. I had to chase them on the phone and when I got ahold of them and addressed the issue, I was abruptly hung up on. Update - After seeing my review, the company came the next day and provided the scheduled service at no cost.
