  Kyle, our project manager spoke with the wife after making appt with husband because he was unavailable for the inspection. Kyle shared with the wife on site that we were not sure if we could actually secure materials for this specific type of job. Possibly, there was a communication breakdown. The client was not ignored. However, as we are in storm season dealing with an overload of leak issues as priority, attending to Cosmetic repairs where products have to be Custom made or Special Ordered take additional time. This in itself delays getting immediate quotes. This was a week ago when we made our initial inspection. Considering, Weatherford and the greater Ft Worth area has been under major assault from the weather, we try to do our best but cannot always be everything for everybody. Unfortunately, we did not have the luxury of taking a couple of days to source an unknown product and its availability. We have done many repairs similar to this but they take considerable more time to execute due to the logistics. For this client I hope they can find someone who has the necessary time to help with their peculiar needs. However, we will continue to serve our clients to the best of our ability. That doesn't make us perfect but that is what we live for. We do our best and let God do the rest.

  The entire process from the initial inspection to working with my insurance company and the tear down/rebuild of my roof has been handled with the utmost professionalism. The owner, Chris Craven, personally ensured my satisfaction every step of the way. It's so nice not having to stress and be anxious during the process. BTW, there was minimal roofing materials leftover in my yard. Way to go crew!

  During one of the wind storms that came through DFW I had a branch that fell on the roof and punctured my roof. Kyle Putman came out did the estimate and came back and did the repair. Excellent job done. I couldn't have asked for better service
