  It hurts me to write this review but I feel it is necessary just to warn others if they are concerned about a warranty. The owner, Brendan Richardson was very easy to work with to get the quote. Explained everything well and sent his quote in a timely manner. He missed a few things in his scope of work on the 1st quote but was quick to correct them. He told me he was a Certified Certainteed Contractor. Came out to do the project but did not have his own crew. He subcontracted to another roofing installer. I had to watch them pretty close to make sure I was getting what I paid for. I did have to point out several items along the way. Overall, the roofing installation was good but they did have an area on the eave at the back of my house that was not completed. After several calls they did come back and correct the issue. My biggest complaint is Brendan sold me a 25/50 year transferable warranty that I have not seen yet. After much correspondence Brendan told me it was out of his hands and he had nothing more to do with it. I totally disagreed with him but in an effort to get the warranty I was sold, I decided to contact Certainteed. 4 months later I am still trying to get the warranty. Overall, I am totally dissatisfied with CR3 because of this and would not recommend them for this reason.

  Easy to work with company, got the roof done relatively quickly and so haven’t noticed any leaking. I found only a handful of nails after work was done. Here are some cons…. 1. They use singles that are KNOWN to have color issues. Meaning that sometimes one box of shingles has a slightly different color than the rest. I knew this going into it, so I emailed them making sure this didn’t happen. Unfortunately it still ended up happening because they didn’t make sure shingles were from same factory run. 2. They damaged my lawn and walkway (pics included). The window vents also fell off…

  CR3 American Exteriors did a marvelous job, so surprised, new roof was completed in one day & so was the cleanup afterwards. I am extremely pleased!! Thanks to the roofing crew, Ben Sperry & Will for making this project a wonderful experience. THANKS AGAIN!!!

  I had a large piece of metal flashing (approximately 6 ft. long) mostly disconnected due to a recent blizzard. It was dangerous as it could have come off putting my neighbors' homes or themselves in a perilous situation due to continued heavy winds. Brendan responded immediately despite 14 inches of snow. He removed the hazard which was laying on my roof. He also replaced the damaged piece with a new one. I am very grateful for his prompt and professional service.

  I had a great experience getting my roof replaced. Brendan was amazing to work with from day one, great communication, fair pricing, and no surprises along the way.   My husband and I had such a great experience with CR3 American Exteriors in the Ocean Pines area! They did our roofing, siding, and windows, and we truly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Our house honestly looks brand new, and we’ve gotten so many compliments already. From start to finish, the whole process felt easy and well organized. The crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, and kept everything clean throughout the project. You can really tell they care about the quality of their work. Brendan was amazing to work with. He was so easy to talk to, always quick to respond, and took the time to explain everything to us. With us being new to the area, we didn’t realize how important certain choices were to the outside of our home. As first-time homeowners updating our exterior, that meant a lot and made us feel so much more confident in the decisions we were making. He truly went above and beyond to make the entire experience stress-free. If you’re thinking about updating your home you should most certainly go with Brendan and his team.

  I needed a new roof so I contacted Brendan of CR3, later the same day he confirm my fears. The next morning he sent me a quote, I also had 2 other roofers looked at it and they also confirm "I need a new roof". Two weeks later his crew arrived and installed it. Next day they came back and finished up and cleaned up all around the house. CR3 was price competitive, easy to work with and very courteous. I would recommend them for any of your roofing needs.
