  A man in this work truck started tailgating, honestly scaring me. I had a baby in the car! I slow down so he can go around me & he gets even more upset and gives me the finger then cuts me off! With a baby in the car!! Psycho!! I could've gotten into an accident!

  Workmanship of Cox Roofing was poor and even more disappointing is the lack of good customer service and empathy when I called them multiple times in regards to concerns of damage in the area they repaired. They never called back and when I spoke to the representative she was very short, did not want to hear my concern and the office manager was no better.

  They did a bad job on my roof, their customer service was the worst. I had to call them back two times for Roof leaking. The secretary has no manners. I will never use this company again, and I don’t recommend it for anyone else.

  Cox Roofing personnel were very pleasant to talk with. They were able to schedule us and came on time to do the work. However the clean up afterwards was not done professionally. I was disappointed when I came home to see that dirt from our gutters was thrown around our house and steps. We even found a cigarette butt that was left in our driveway. When we filed a complaint they did have someone come out and clean it up however because it had rained the day before, most of the dirt was stuck onto our yard. We were pleased with the installment being done but not with how they took care of the clean up. Not sure if I would recommend them to friends.

  Great job laying the roof but a horrible job cleaning up the 50 plus nails from my drive way down to the sidewalk! Two flat tires thus far on one of my vehicles... not sure about the other one yet. Company claims to magnet roll the driveway... Absolutely NOT!

  Cox roofing could not of been any more professional in every aspect of their work . Not only did they take care of the rotted wood they put some long days in to get the job done in two days. They took care of everything and cleaned up everything as well. I am a retired general contractor so I was looking for the best of the best and I found them.

  I had a roof replaced on my porch. The results were exceptional. Jose and Nate and their crew were on time and did a great job. Always keeping me updated. Very professional and polite. I would highly recommend Cox Roofing from the time of the estimate to the completion of the job.

  The roofers did an amazing job on my home’s main roof replacement. Luis and his crew did an awesome job on the porch roof rebuild. I appreciate you all for your professionalism and dedication in the 90 degrees and above temperatures. It was nice doing business with you.

  Cox roofing put a roof on my mothers home in Perry Hall. They also replaced the downspouts and gutters. The workmen were very professional and did the job in one day. Also their office manager Cindy very responsive and answered any questions I had. Fully recommend them they did a great job!

  I had them install a vent for a bathroom fan passing through a flat roof. They were on time, courteous, and remembered me from a job several years earlier. I would recommend.

  Ben, the roof repair estimator, was on time, courteous and professional. The estimate was reasonable, and the workmen arrived at the scheduled time. They were efficient, courteous, professional, and Mike explained every detail before and after. They finished the work in the time as promised, and they cleaned up after the work. Five stars!
