  Unprofessional, sloppy work, no feedback... substandard work, ridiculous service, I would never recommend them.

  Their after-sales service is poor. I contacted them about a problem a few years later, they told me they would come and check it out, but they never came and they stopped returning calls.

  I rarely post reviews, but I am particularly outraged by the "service" I received. I contacted them by email a week ago for an urgent roofing project because we had a water leak. I also asked for a budget quote for window replacement, providing all the elevations and dimensions to help them, as I know everyone is swamped right now. I also mentioned that we would have several exterior projects planned for next spring (siding, gutters, etc.). In short, it wasn't a "small project"... Having received no response after a week, I followed up by phone. Mr. Lamontagne called me back the next day, but in the meantime, I had to quickly award the roofing contract given the problem we were having, the uncertain availability, and the fact that I had someone who could respond promptly to my request. To avoid wasting his time, I mentioned at the beginning of the call that I had already given him the roofing contract, but that I would like a budgeted price for the windows, and that the other work scheduled for the spring was still on. He then told me he didn't have time right now, that it would be better if we could wait until spring, and that he didn't have the crews to send someone to take measurements for something that wasn't urgent. I then mentioned that we had a decision to make that impacted what we would do before winter, and that I had specifically provided the elevations to help him. He then replied that I hadn't been able to wait for him regarding the roof, so why couldn't I wait for the windows? Excuse me! I had taken the trouble to mention the urgency of our roof, and I'm taking the trouble to say that, for that part, it's finally agreed upon. I could have made him charge me unnecessarily just to get a price and compare, but I wanted to be honest... And then he tells me: "That doesn't mean you chose the best, but I certainly hope so..." Really?! I then said that I understood my project didn't interest them, and that it didn't have to be rescheduled like that. I und

  Very poor after-sales service; I had water leaking from the roof and they never came to do the repairs.
