  Very poor communication. Would not provide documentation of work done per the contract and scope of work. Before and after photos did not show before and after of work completed, not did they even correlate. I will not hire this company again.

  I do not recommend them. Run! Please don’t be fooled! The price might be attractive at first but you pay for it later. I got my roof installed by them 9 years going on 10 in August. They used cheap material with poor installation and my roof has been falling apart… unfortunately the first leak was identified after the labor warranty had expired (5 yrs) and since then there has been so many leaks! My last roof installation prior to them lasted 19 yrs before causing any issues. Save your money and go with another company.

  This review is inaccurate. It is true that John Corley had to unexpectedly go out of town for a close friend's imminent death due to cancer. This information was relayed to you. In John's absence, his brother Rick Corley did call and spoke with you and answered your questions. This was all done within a 24 hour period. We do apologize that we couldn't get back to you the same day due to this unforeseen circumstance. We are a family owned & operated business so we take reviews such as these very seriously.   Corley Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. recently installed a new roof on our home. Russ Reynolds came to the house and answered all of our questions and gave helpful recommendations for the work that needed to be done. The installation crew was fantastic and worked very hard to complete the job before the expected rain was to arrive. The crew did an excellent job not only installing the roof but also cleaning up and taking away the debris. Corley has installed gutters and siding also on our house. We have used Corley for over 30 years and it has been a pleasure to do business with this company.

  We recently had our asphalt shingle slant roof and porch flat roof replaced by Corley Roofing. We found them to be easy to deal with and responsive to our many questions. Once we cleared the hurdle of Washington DC DOB permitting, the work was done promptly and in a timely fashion. We highly recommend Corley Roofing.

  These guys are great. I’ve had them back for a second job. It wasn’t totally clear what or how they repaired a slate roof so it would’ve been nice to have a report. And I didn’t realize that they did gutter cleaning or gutter repair or would have paired that. But overall, they do a great job and are very pleasant to work with!

  We had a leak and Josh came out to check our roof. He was punctual, professional, and very friendly. He checked the roof which needed a small repair. Josh was able to repair it right away! We had the roof replaced in 2019 and still had the remaining tiles left in storage which Josh was able to use to make the repair. I highly recommend Corley Roofing.

  Russ provided a reasonable estimate, clear contract and was at the start of the project, ensuring the right work was done. At the end of the project, he made a point of reviewing the work with me for my satisfaction. His crew knew what they were doing, did an excellent job and left no work debris behind.

  Corley (Josh Ralls) has worked with us for about 8 years, initially fixing a bunch of problems like making sure the chimney wouldn't fall down and the gutters wouldn't plug, and finally replacing the roof when it hit end of life. They do quality work and they stand behind it. Josh is infinitely patient and friendly.

  Fantastic service- we had 5 inches of snow-Crete hanging over our gutters and threatening the 4 new skylights that Corley installed for us. Josh responded and came to our house within 2 hours of our call and remediated the issues. Amazing service.
