  Tom is a tenant in a building owned and managed by our client. The roof he refers to is one of 3 sections that were replaced with a fully warranted single Ply membrane system. Our responsibility is to the owner and not the tenant, our factory trained and certified technicians do not now, nor have we ever used “putty” in an effort to correct a deficiency, should they exist. I suggest this tenant has other issues with management that are creating a hyper focus on a completed assembly that he has no specific experience, training, or knowledge of, but that’s just an educated guess. With 33 years of providing professional service and reliable installations to our clients, and never ever not responding with alacrity to a client request for service it’s hard to take this post seriously. With more than 6,000 completed installations in both Washington and Oregon, we continue to build value in our relationships and services. Whatever the problem this individual is experiencing, it will be investigated, evaluated and repaired consistent with maufacturer warranty standards. On 3/10/2026 CRS, Inc dispatched a team to water test and diagnose the roof installation. After thorough analysis and water test the roof installed by our Low Slope systems division was completely watertight. Secondary to testing of the horizontal surfaces, our testing extended to the vertical Masonry wall and steel entry door framework, within 15 seconds we Found leaks in the same area that the tenant had experienced, thinking it was the roof. Google reviews from an uninitiated, and angry tenant can not be relied upon. And should never serve as the barometer for the professionalism, integrity, or fitness of an established and respected company. I'm relieved that the issue has been investigated and resolved

  We've been through a lot of emotional distress because of CRS Roofing's lack of integrity and accountability. While building our home, they experienced a cybersecurity breach that exposed our personal information and led to a phishing scam, costing us nearly $44,000. Even though CRS Roofing knew about the breach since August, they didn't inform us, leaving us open to fraud. When we asked about it, the owner denied it happened, even though a digital forensics company confirmed it. This dishonesty has caused us significant financial loss and added extra stress during an already tough time. It's been overwhelming, affecting our daily lives and relationships. Now, we're stuck in legal battles because CRS Roofing expects us to help cover the invoice and legal fees, despite their negligence. This has made it even harder to focus on building our home and maintaining a stable family life. I truly hope no other family has to go through what we have. Businesses have a duty to protect their clients’ information and be transparent, especially when issues like this arise.

  First, their ads say Free Estimate. So I called. Told them what was going in with my roof. They wanted my credit card info up front, but said they wouldn't charge unless their was work done and I signed off. Fine. They come out, do nothing, and send me an invoice saying my roof needs repair and a bill for $140 for just coming out. No repair and no estimate for what a repair would cost. Just a bill for $140. What? I call the office, they are confused, and have me call someone else to "go over the invoice" with me. We play phone tag for a few days but still no one is telling me anything. There's no one scheduling any repair. Still no estimate. No one actually takes the time to LOOK at the "invoice" they sent me. And during this time there are literal DOWNPORES of rain. So I give up on CRS, watch my credit card for any charges... contact Port Orchard Roofing. Got an estimate in a day and repair in like 3 days. Avoid CRS! Nothing but incompetence.

  CRS installed a new roof on our home in 2022 and we have used them for twice annual cleaning & inspection since. We are exceptionally pleased with the quality of work received, and have wonderful peace of mind from the regular inspection and cleaning the roof receives. Outstanding people, outstanding service - thank you CRS!

  Tristen and Eavan were absolutely kind, professional and a pleasure to have work on my home. Their friendly and extremely respectful manner was great to see. It is rare to have service providers of this caliber provide such a great relationship making me very comfortable. It's no wonder they routinely get 5 star reviews.

  Very pleased with their service! They were prompt, professional, cleaned up after themselves, made sure we were aware when they arrived, and when they completed the work.   My second time to reach out to CRS for repairs after wind storm damage. Wonderful service wonderful personality. Never thought I would get warm fuzzies from a roofing company..but it's my house and they help me take care of my roof I will continue to be a long term customer...as long as there are wind storms in the PNW...bring it on I got CRS!!!   Jeff and Victor installed a complex roof, involving odd angles and transitions, with a combination of composite and metal roofing material, to deliver just the look we were seeking. Their crew were courteous and very professional. Not the least expensive outfit, but well worth the price.

  With the recent snowfall and rain our roof started leaking at where the electricity goes through the roof and into the panel. It was scary. They were able to send a couple guys out that day. Lisa in the office was amazingly kind and got us taken care of.
