The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Construction Silanic Toitures. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I had my roof replaced by Silanic. They do an amazing job. Quality is their top priority, and they exceeded my expectations. They ensure the roof is perfect and make any necessary repairs to prepare it for the shingles, which will prevent many problems in the future. I highly recommend them. Well done! It's worth the price!

Very satisfied with the work done by Silanic. Called in to replace the shingles and gutters, they discovered why I was having condensation and ice buildup problems on my roof and made the necessary repairs. I now have a beautiful roof, and all the problems are solved! Thank you!!

We had a mansard roof with a ventilation problem. They were able to advise us on the right materials to fix the ventilation issue and redo our roof. We are very satisfied with the work done and the Silanic team. They are very professional and efficient!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Construction Silanic Toitures. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
