Columbia Plateau, Inc.

The only one or two-star review we hold for Columbia Plateau, Inc..

Took down my gutters, bent them by just dropping them on the ground and when I called to get them put back up, they never did it correctly. I'm 68 and can't climb around on the roof, they still haven't done it. They never put my heat cable back in place, although they said they would during the estimate. One of the workers put his foot through the roof while taking the old roof off and was just going to cover it up. I paid $ 17,000 you'd think that the work would be better. My Bad!!

Hi Susan, I’m Dan, owner of Columbia Plateau Inc. I’m very sorry the gutter reinstallation after your reroof didn’t meet our standards. We since replaced the old gutters with new at no charge and I’m glad you’re pleased. If you’d like to discuss anything further or consider updating your review, please contact me directly at dans@cproofing.com or 509-571-1911. Thank you for the opportunity to make this right. Dan
