  Pat and Jesus didn't just repair our home, they took care of it like it was their own family's home. Honestly, that's the best way I can describe the whole experience. We got connected with Pat to help figure out an HVAC issue we were having, and from the very first conversation he made us feel like we weren't just another job on his list. Since we were out of state the entire time, we were nervous about not being able to see things in person, but Pat treated us the way you'd hope a close friend or relative would. He proactively expedited our request, checked every single part of the system himself, and took pictures along the way so we always knew exactly what was happening in our own home. What really got us was how much he genuinely cared. He didn't just coordinate the work, he answered every single question we had, no matter how small, and never once made us feel like a burden even though we were calling from so far away. It's rare to find someone who treats a stranger's home with that kind of personal attention, like they had just as much invested in getting it right as we did. Jesus brought that same heart to the landscaping, and together they gave our home a complete makeover that we're endlessly grateful for. If you want people who will genuinely look out for you and your home like family, not just contractors doing a job, Pat Collins and Jesus are who you call. We feel lucky to have found them.

  The service from Collins was exceptional from start to finish. After five years of homeownership and numerous projects, we were incredibly fortunate to find Pat following last year’s hail storm, which caused significant damage to our roof, gutters, and windows. From the outset, his communication, clarity, collaboration, and overall professionalism were far beyond anything we have experienced with other contractors. We were so pleased with the quality of the work done by Collins, including the additional related improvements outside of the necessary repairs.   Mr. Collins and his crew were very courteous, and professional. They came, inspected the damage, quoted their price, got their materials and replaced the shingles in less than 3 hours. They even replaced the sealant on all the gutter seam at my request.
