My roof was replaced in one day, the price was quite reasonable as compared with another quote we received, and the cleanup afterwards left my property as good if not even a bit better than when they started. Now it looks great! Thank you Mick & team !!

Great work and great service. Beat the competitor's quote by thousands. I love my new roof and skylights.

Cochrane gave us a price; lowest of three bids. They had already done a home on our street, and came with an excellent reference. The crew was fast, neat, and results were outstanding. We highly recommend Cochrane to anyone who needs a roof replacement.

The new roof looks awesome! Mike and his team did an amazing job. Communication was great throughout the process, from initial estimate to selecting colors to having the actual work done. No surprises; high quality work; and showed up exactly when he said he was going to every single time.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Cleanup was thorough, no issues. Also, we received positive comments from our neighbors about the work done and the efficiency at completing the job. Highly recommend Cochrane Roofing and Siding. Contact Mike and received that personal touch.

I am very particular about my home contractors. Several friends recommended Cochrane and I was not disappointed. Project done well, on budget and on time. You speak directly to the owner who has been serving the community for many years.

Michael got back to me within an hour of my first call, scheduled our new roof and fit us in on a tight schedule. All work was done in 2 1/2 days and his crew left the surroundings cleaner than when they started. The work was of very high quality. I thoroughly recommend Cochrane Roofing.

Mike and his team were punctual, fast and very professional! Mike was available to answer questions, and was super responsive. He and his team only left after having cleaned the property of debris and materials. We are very pleased with the outcome and the experience 5/5 would 100% recommend!

I had my roof replaced and cannot say enough positive things about this company! Quote turnaround time was very fast, they came when they said they would, and did a beautiful job. The cleanup was amazing-we never found a single nail on the ground. I highly recommend Cochrane Roofing and Siding to everyone!

Michael was great in helping us with our roof. We had a leak that was getting steadily worse during the winter. He offered to attempt some patch work/repairs where everyone else we spoke to would only offer a full replacement. When this unfortunately proved unsuccessful due to underlying issues with the previous work, he gave us a very reasonable quote for a full replacement less the repair cost. His crew were in and out in less than a day and we have been leak free since.
