  Our roof is ok but I had to call them back to do the piece over the patio and it’s a totally different color. Now the roof is tan and grey. Communication was hard with them so I just figured one day I’ll need a new one and next time will make sure the whole thing is done and it all matches.

  Crystal, thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with the appearance of the patio roof section and that communication felt frustrating during the project. After reviewing the before and after photos, the patio/low-slope roof area was a separate roofing surface from the main shingle roof and was already a different material than the shingles before our work began. Because that section is low-slope, it requires a different roofing material than the architectural shingles on the main roof. This project also involved winter weather delays, temperature limitations, and a return visit to address the remaining roof section and decking concerns. Our records show multiple calls, emails, and scheduling attempts, and we also completed additional work at our expense to help resolve the concerns raised during the project. That said, I’m sorry the experience still felt frustrating on your end. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to continue improving how we document expectations, material selections, and visual differences on partial roof repairs and low-slope roofing areas.

  Don’t know who these people are but they showed up to my house, turned my solar panels off, and started doing some shit on behalf of some realtor instead of awaiting any type of contact or approval from the me, the HOMEOWNER. I don’t know how you people conduct business in Colorado Springs, but just showing up to a house and touching shit without any type of communication with the people who live there is quite unprofessional.

  I called CORoofing approx 10 days ago to get an estimate on some repair work for my leaky roof. The lady that answered was great and said she would pass on my information and situation to someone else and they would be in contact the next day. After 3 days I still had not heard anything so I called again, explained everything again and was told someone would get back to me. After another 3 days someone finally called me. I was told they would be out Friday. Friday came and went without and call or update. I made the call to find out where they're were, I was told they couldn't make it out but they would be here, Monday, today. Once again, Today has come and gone without a text or phone call to update me where they are. Verybad communication. I would rather them have told me when I first called, that they weren't interested in my business. I cannot recommend CORoofing.

  All those perfect reviews must be false, as this company is terrible to deal with and I would NOT recommend them. First, they took 3 days to complete my roof job - I haven't seen any other house in my neighborhood take that long! (the neighbor had hers done a second day but that was to complete the extra shed - I don't have a shed, just one 1500 sq ft house!). Secondly, the communication was absolutely terrible! I had to call back several times the second day the roofers were here, as they left in the morning without a word. When I called, I was told they would be back a little later. Called again after several hours - told they were on their way shortly. Called yet again several hours later and now told they couldn't come until the next/3rd day (and told it was a communication error between the workers and the office!). Finally, it took several emails, calls, and over a month to get the final payment settled as the company tried to charge over what my insurance gave me. I will say the workers did a decent job on the actual roof part, but I found many nails left in my yard and even several inside my house which must have come through 2 of the skylights. Definitely would not recommend this company - not worth all the hassle!!

  With all of the horror stories about shady roofing companies, I am happy to say that I found a GREAT one! Dusty and Joe at CO Roofing worked diligently to get me a new roof. I did not realize we had passed the time limit for full value on the replacement, but they assessed it quickly and worked to get me the most they could from insurance. They were even able to replace my window screens! The whole team was fast, courteous, professional and top notch. The cleanup was also thorough - no nails or debris all over the yard. I would not hesitate to call them for any roofing needs. Free upgrade to a class 4 shingle will also mean lower homeowners rates for me - bonus! Call them TODAY

  They did a great job putting a new roof on my house, especially considering they had to do this while working around my previously installed solar panels and a roof mounted Sunsetter Awning. They also installed a skylight to a dim interior hallway. A+ company.

  Bryan and the team at CO Roofing and Solar are the best. Had a roof that was damaged by hail and not only did they do an excellent job of the roof but they found mistakes the previous roofer made and corrected them saving me a ton of money and future problems. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  Great experience with CO Roofing- Dustin provided great communication, was very responsive and both explained the insurance path and worked hard to try to find an option (at 24 years, it wasn't viable, but he tried). Also great follow up. I was away during the install, but coming back to a new roof and absolutely no mess/damage anywhere was fantastic- they were clearly very careful. Roof inspector came by and no concerns. Fantastic!

  We had our roof replaced last fall by CO Roofing and Solar. It was a great experience! Jake Jones coordinated all facets of the job. The process was fast and easy. The roofers were very respectful and work very hard and long. We would definitely recommend CO Roofing and Solar and if hail strikes again- hopefully not- would use them again.
