I called to have a roofer check a leak that showed up again on my roof after a winter storm in Kingston. It was an older roofing issue, so I asked for an estimate and a full look at the affected area. Landon came out, went over what had happened, and explained that ice buildup along the roofline was likely forcing water back up under the shingles and causing the leak. He took time to explain the problem in simple terms and said he could do a repair for peace of mind, but he honestly felt I probably would not run into the issue again. I decided to wait and monitor it, and I really appreciated that kind of honesty instead of being pushed into unnecessary roof work. That level of straightforward service is hard to find. Five stars for their honesty, roofing knowledge, and professional inspection. If my roof leaks again, this is the roofing company I will call.

We had our home's roof replaced by Clark Family Roof Repair at a very fair price, and the workmanship and roofing materials were excellent. The whole roof replacement was finished on time in just one day, the yard and driveway were cleaned up well, and the dumpster was taken away quickly. i want to especially mention nolan and ross for their great attitude, careful attention to detail, and strong focus on quality from start to finish. They also took time to explain the shingle options, the repair process, and what to expect during the job, which made everything easy and stress free. The crew worked efficiently, protected the property during the tear-off, and left the new roof looking solid and professionally installed. we would gladly recommend this company to anyone needing high quality, fast, and dependable roofing service.

We had our roof repaired after noticing water marks on our ceiling. Anthony was great to work with and came out to inspect the roof right away. He found that the underlayment beneath the tile roofing had failed, which was causing the leak. He gave us a fair estimate to replace the damaged material, and the price was better than the other roofing quotes we received. What we really liked was that the proposal covered the full roof section for a proper repair instead of only patching the small area around the problem. The roofing crew arrived as scheduled, completed the repair efficiently, and kept the job site clean from start to finish. They explained the work clearly and made the whole process easy. We feel much better knowing the roof was fixed the right way, and we would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing reliable roof repair or leak service.

We recently hired a crew for the roofing, soffit, and exterior trim work on our new home in Kingston. During the whole build, we worked with several contractors, but Anthony and the team stood out as the most reliable and professional by far. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and asked the right questions to make sure every roofing detail matched what we wanted. The pricing was fair from the start and stayed consistent, with no surprise charges or extra costs. The crew was easy to work with, respectful, and clearly skilled in their trade. Their workmanship on the roofline, soffit, and related exterior areas was clean, solid, and built to last. I would gladly recommend Anthony and the team for a new construction project or for updates to an existing home. Great service, dependable roofers, and quality work all around.

Clark Family Roof Repair did an amazing job on our home exterior project in Kingston. Landon and Ross handled a full plywood deck replacement, new siding, Azek trim, and new gutters with guards, and the whole job was done with real care and skill. Landon was very detailed, thorough, and easy to work with, and he shared smart ideas that helped the finished roofline and exterior look even better. Communication was professional and prompt the entire time, with calls and emails returned quickly and clear updates about when the crew would be on site. The crew led by Ross showed up on time each day and worked hard from start to finish. Ross is clearly a master of his trade. Every cut, corner, bend, flashing detail, and caulk line was done neatly and with attention to quality. What stood out most was the honesty during the project. Once parts of the exterior were opened up, any older construction issues were pointed out right away and fixed properly instead of being covered over. That gave us a lot of confidence in the workmanship. If you need roofing, siding, trim, or gutter work, this is a team I would highly recommend.

Clark Family Roof Repair did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. We had leaks and damage around the chimney, along with algae staining and worn shingles, so we knew it was time for a full new roof. The estimate process was excellent. They were very thorough, offered a few pricing options, and Jamie was friendly, honest, and easy to talk to. There were no surprise charges, and everything was explained clearly with shingle samples and roofing options reviewed in detail. They used GAF materials, which gave us confidence in the quality, and the warranty choices were explained in a simple way. I appreciated that we could clearly understand the difference between material-only coverage and material plus labor coverage based on the roofing service we selected. The roofing crew worked hard, stayed organized, and finished quickly while still handling extra work to correct an older roof pitch issue. They also took care of the warranty paperwork and inspection details, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free for us as homeowners. It was clear they know roof repair, roof replacement, flashing work, and chimney problem areas very well. After the job was done, it was easy to see why so many homeowners recommend them. The new shingles look great, the roofline is much better, and everything feels solid and dependable. They went beyond what we expected, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable, hardworking roofing contractor.

I used Clark Family Roof Repair after moving into a new home and finding an active roof leak that needed fast repair. The crew came out quickly, checked the problem, and clearly explained what was wrong with the roofing system and what needed to be fixed right away. They were upfront, honest, and easy to talk to, and they really listened to my concerns. They also explained what could happen if the leak and damaged roof areas were left alone, including bigger water damage, decking issues, and more costly repairs later. I had heard they were known for correcting roofing jobs where another roofer had cut corners, and that is exactly why they were referred to me. The house we bought was supposed to have a newer roof, but the workmanship was poor and the leak had already started showing. The previous roofing work looked recent, but some important details had been done the wrong way, which caused the problem. The crew went in, redid the faulty roof repair properly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sealed and secure. They took the time to make sure the roof was handled the right way instead of just doing a quick patch. There are plenty of roofers out there, and some may even be cheaper, but if you want integrity, solid workmanship, and people who stand behind their roofing work, this is the team to call. Now I feel completely at ease every time it rains, knowing the roof is in good shape. It is refreshing to find a roofing company that truly cares about customer service and treats people with compassion instead of focusing only on profit.

Excellent team for roofing and gutter work, from the first meeting with Anthony to the crew arriving on time and installing a high-quality roof at a fair price after we compared several estimates. We had a full tear-off and roof replacement on our 3,400 sq ft home, and the whole process was smooth and professional. The roofers protected the outdoor areas, kept the job site clean as they worked, and even used a strong magnet to pick up stray nails and metal pieces around the house. The project was finished quickly in about a day and a half, and the new roof looks beautiful. They also explained the roofing process clearly and made sure everything was done right. I would highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter project in Kingston.
