I had a mixed start, since the roof repairs at my home needed several return visits before the leaks were fully resolved. Once Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction sent Douglas and his crew, everything changed for the better. They took the time to inspect both problem areas carefully, explained what was causing the leaks, and completed the roofing repair the right way. The team was courteous, on time, and professional throughout the whole process. After their work, the roof has been holding up well through regular rain and changing weather. Douglas and his crew went above and beyond, and I have full confidence in the quality of their workmanship. 5 stars for the team.

5 Stars! During our roof replacement, the crew found a few more roofing issues after the old shingles were removed. Instead of doing a quick patch or a short-term fix, they explained the problem clearly and helped us move forward with the best long-lasting roofing solution. A project manager, Douglas, worked closely with us from start to finish and also helped coordinate with our insurance company to handle the extra repairs. The whole roofing team was responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. We were especially impressed with the clear communication, quality workmanship, and attention to detail on the roof. The experience was smooth, honest, and stress-free, and we are extremely pleased with the final result.

Douglas came to my home to inspect an overflowing gutter after heavy rain. He found a dent in the gutter and a lot of leaves and debris causing the problem. He explained that the gutter could be repaired instead of replaced and recommended adding a gutter guard to help keep the system flowing better and reduce future clogs. The quote was prompt, fair, and easy to understand. Douglas completed the work and did an excellent job. The gutter was straightened, thoroughly cleaned, and the gutter guard was installed carefully. Everything was done professionally, and the cleanup was just as good as the repair work. The whole service felt honest, efficient, and focused on protecting the roofline and drainage system. I would definitely recommend their roofing and gutter service and would gladly use them again.

Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction was there for us when we needed a new roof. they worked closely with our insurance company and really went the extra mile to help us get a quality roof replacement. Our old shingles were removed and replaced with new 50-year roofing shingles, and the whole process was explained in a clear and simple way. We were kept updated throughout the project and given good roofing options so we could choose what fit our home best. The roof installation went smoothly, and the crew handled every step with care and professionalism. Since our home is a connected townhouse with neighboring units, they also gave us helpful guidance on how to handle the shared roofing concerns and used temporary protection to keep everything secure during the work. The cleanup after the job was very thorough, and the property looked great when they finished. we really appreciated the communication, the workmanship, and the attention to detail from start to finish. it was a very good experience and we are very pleased with the new roof.

We had a roof leak around the shingles and skylights, so we sent an online request for an inspection through Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction. Douglas got back to us quickly and scheduled everything right away. During the inspection, Douglas took clear photos from the roof so we could fully understand the problem areas and see the condition of the roofing system for ourselves. He was professional, experienced, honest, and easy to talk to, and we never felt pressured when discussing whether roof repair or full roof replacement made the most sense. He answered every question clearly and made us feel comfortable through the entire process. When it was time to replace the roof and three skylights, we received helpful updates by email, text, and phone, which made the whole roofing project smooth and easy to follow. Anytime we had questions about materials, timing, or the work being done, we were able to reach someone quickly and get answers right away. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the entire experience was much easier and less stressful than we expected. The new roof and skylights look excellent, and our home looks refreshed and well protected again. I would highly recommend this roofing team for anyone needing dependable roof inspection, roof replacement, or skylight work.

Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction was the first roofer we contacted for an estimate on our project in West Caldwell. they showed up exactly when promised and kept us updated during the whole process. every part of the team, from douglas who came out to give us the estimate, to the office staff who always picked up our calls and kept us in the loop, made things easy. even when it took a while for our payment to arrive by mail, they were patient and helpful. they also supported our homeowners association with advice, helping us switch from 3-tab shingles to architectural shingles for better durability and curb appeal. douglas went out of his way, making several trips to bring shingle samples so we could compare colors and styles in person. we talked to quite a few roofing companies, but none were as thorough as this one. their documentation was clear and detailed at every step, and douglas really paid attention to the small things. when we asked for extra changes and a few additions to the project scope, he was flexible and always tried to accommodate us. overall, the experience was positive from start to finish. we are happy with our new roof and the great service we received.
