  Andrea, Once your final invoice is paid, I’d love to respond to this appropriately. Your final balance from over a year ago when this job was completed is $2700. You drug my project manager in the mud and continually acted unreasonable. Everything complained about was fixed, as well as, we went above and beyond for you. Blatantly lying on google is no way to carry yourself from a professional standpoint. We as a company would not recommend you as a client either. Thanks

  If i could give them 0 stars i would!. Not only are they way over priced but it Took them way too long to complete the roof! Heavy procrastination involved! and once they finally did i kid you not we had a storm literally the following week and the roof already has damage! They must be using clay and paper mache to hold everything together...what a horrible job! Never will I ever work with them again!

  Worked directly with Justin who followed up repeatedly to keep me in the loop of the new roof process, which was helpful. He even was able to upgrade my roof from a class 3 / 20 year shingle to a class 4 / 40 year shingle! Would recommend to Austin area homeowners.

  We had a hail storm hit our house this year and within days Circle A was out to inspect our property damage and got a team out to get our roof replaced along with other things that we needed done! Michael and everyone with Circle A was so helpful through it all! Thanks guys!!

  Michael was very professional and informative about the condition of my roof. He was honest and let me know my roof did not need to be replaced and did not have as many hail strikes as I was told by another company. When I need a new roof I will call him.

  Michael came recommended by my backyard neighbor. Our insurance company rejected our claim that was submitted by another roofer. The insurance company was way off base and it did not help that the roofer we originally chose lacked professionalism when it came to dealing with the insurance company and adjuster. Our neighbor recommended Circle A and Michael and his team & public adjuster used their knowledge and professionalism to get the valid claim processed. The insurance company originally said it was under $3k damage, then said it’s half a roof which makes no sense when you could physically see damage on the entire roof. They then replaced the entire roof. Michael was patient, which made me patient and it worked out. The best part is we love our roof!
