They missed a piece in the corner of the house, there's a piece hanging, I thought they were good, but not what I see, they aren't and I found nails in my yard, my dog could've gotten hurt, not happy with this company.

We had Chicago Roofing Specialist & Tuckpointing come out on short notice to inspect some water damage issues at our property, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They diagnosed two separate problems and walked us through exactly what was going on. What stood out most was their honesty. Instead of pushing the most expensive fix, they laid out multiple options at different price points and were upfront about the tradeoffs of each, from a quick temporary patch to a longer-term solution. There was no pressure and no upselling, just a clear, knowledgeable breakdown so we could make the call that made sense for us. On top of that, they were a pleasure to work with... responsive, professional, and clearly experienced. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a straight answer and quality work.
