  If you're considering Chase Roofing, ask yourself one question: What happens if there's a problem after they've been paid? Chase Roofing was hired for a new roof installation and paid the contract in full in July 2025 and still waiting for them to honor a contract stating the roof would have ALL shingles in a matching color. After the installation, we discovered that multiple sections of shingles did not match in color. The mismatched shingles are visible from across the street and should have been caught during the company's final inspection. The installation mistake wasn't the biggest disappointment. The customer service was. For nearly a year, my mother called repeatedly, documented every conversation, and spoke with multiple employees. She was given excuses, blamed suppliers, promised callbacks that never came, and even told repairs were scheduled that never happened. In December, she called again during warm weather and was told Dan would follow up. He never did. After posting a review in early July 2026, Chase Roofing finally contacted us. On July 16, 2026, Dan said a crew would come out to make the repair. We thought the issue was finally being resolved. Instead, a worker arrived without notifying anyone and started climbing onto the roof. We had to stop him to ask what he was there to repair. He had only been told about two areas, didn't know the full scope of the problem, didn't have enough shingles, and wasn't even sure he had the correct color. He left saying he would speak with Dan. We never heard from anyone again. We called the next day and left a message with office. No response. We called again on July 24 and left a message with the office. Still no response. More than a year after paying in full, this signed contract is still not complete. At this point, this review isn't about mismatched shingles. It's about a company that fails to communicate, fails to follow through, and fails to stand behind its work after collecting full payment. Ev

  They scheduled an estimate and then did a no show. Gave me a hard time when I called to ask for status of estimator and said I must be confused.

  Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They will price gouged you, Tell you that there is more extensive damage, give you a quote and request triple the money after the work is done. We had them come to our home and fix a few leaks on our roof. My initial quote at the time was between $4000 and $5000. This was to give them wiggle room in case they found anything that required extra material. Then after the work was done, I paid a total of $8000 and was not notified of the increase until after the work was complete. Just that in itself is a serious red flag, no communication while the work was being done. I was told that if there were any leaks later, it will be covered by them. I figured it may be expensive, but if it’s done and covered under warranty, then at least that’s something that we don’t have to worry about. After three months of reaching out about an unorthodox fix that they had done, the roof was leaking and no answer whatsoever when we reach out. When you do finally talk to them. It’s always an excuse about how they forgot or they can come out next week and they still never show up. I’m not sure if they understand this, but taking off work using your vacation days and sick time it’s not something you want to do when you have children. when I threatened to take them to court that’s when they called me multiple times a day back to back and when I finally answered, they assured me that they will come this week still, they have not came. Had to get the work done by another company and they could not believe that a roofing contractor put a mushroom vent on a flat roof. Told me this is something that never should’ve been done and this is why the roof is still leaking, which caused additional damage to the same spot after it was fixed by them the first time. Now I have gathered all my evidence and we will be taking them to court and filing a lawsuit. Please stay away from them. Do not let them touch your house.

  Buyers remorse, no warranty On the roof or materials craftsmanship suspect no return calls no text messages returned no cleanup of gutters….. full of debris requested cleanup of gutters no response….:: low integrity SMH !!!

  I will never recommend these thieves to anyone. They quoted my elderly aunt one price and she paid the deposit IN GOOD FAITH. When they arrived they went up 9X the original estimate for a partial repair and refused to issue a refund when she could afford it. I found someone to do the work with a better warranty on the work for the WHOLE roof for just over half of what they wanted to charge. Dan the owner was rude and pretended like he was a man of faith but the bible says "touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm", so I would be very careful who you cheat Dan.

  Hire this company January of 2024 to fix a leak in my roof. Just a little over a year later roof back leaking in the same spot. I’ve been calling them for almost 3 months to repair the roof and the damage to my home and I’ve been getting the run around. Now I will have to take them to court!!!! I wouldn’t have them do any repairs on my home ever again!

  I had an outstanding experience with Chase Roofing & Masonry from start to finish. The entire team was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated throughout the project. The workmanship was top-notch. They paid attention to every detail, kept the job site clean, and completed the work exactly as promised. It’s hard to find a company that truly takes pride in its work, but Chase Roofing & Masonry definitely does. If you’re looking for a roofing or masonry company that is dependable, communicates well, and stands behind its work, I highly recommend Chase Roofing & Masonry. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
