  The roofing team was great to work with. Their price was fair, and they helped us through the insurance part after a storm came through Fords. Even though they were clearly busy with other roof repairs in the area, they finished our roofing job sooner than expected, and we really appreciated that. Throughout the project, they checked in with us several times and asked if we had noticed any water leaks or signs of roof damage inside the house. We did not have any leaks, but they made it clear that if anything changed, they would come back quickly to take care of it. That gave us a lot of peace of mind. The crew did solid, professional roofing work, stayed organized, and cleaned up all the debris and materials when the job was complete. The whole process felt smooth from start to finish, and the communication was strong the entire time. I would gladly use this roofer again if we ever need roofing services in the future because they did an excellent job.

  After my roof took a lot of damage from strong storms and high winds, many roofing crews came through the area offering free estimates for a full replacement. After comparing several bids and talking with a few companies that did not seem very trustworthy, we chose Carter & Sons Roofing for the job. jacob was easy to reach, very professional, and took time to explain the roofing process, materials, and what to expect with the insurance claim. They really helped us work through the paperwork and pushed for the full roof replacement our home clearly needed. The crew showed up on time, kept the property clean, and completed the tear-off and installation faster than we expected without cutting corners. benjamin made sure the shingles, flashing, and cleanup were all handled the right way, and clinton followed up to confirm everything looked good after the project was done.   Our roof and gutter replacement went smoothly from beginning to end with Carter & Sons Roofing. Clinton walked us through each step in clear, simple terms and was easy to reach whenever we had questions. We also appreciated the regular email updates, which made it easy to know what stage the roofing project was in at all times. The crew was professional, friendly, and took time to explain the roofing work they were doing and why certain repairs and materials were needed. They also documented the progress with plenty of photos, which gave us extra confidence in the quality of the installation. That added detail was very helpful and showed real care for the job. Cleanup was excellent as well. Even with windy conditions, the team made sure loose debris was tracked down and removed. They carefully cleaned the yard and the area beyond the back fence, and they used a magnetic tool to pick up nails and metal pieces after the work was done. Clinton also checked everything again during the final roof inspection. We are extremely pleased with the whole experience and very happy with the finished result.

  Carter & Sons Roofing did an excellent job on our roof from start to finish. Clinton handled everything well from the first call to the final details, and he made the roofing process easy to follow and simple to understand. Like most roofing projects, there were a few normal delays with permits and inspections, but he and the crew kept us updated on the timeline and explained what was happening at each step. Every text and phone call was returned quickly and professionally. The tear-off crew was outstanding. They arrived early, worked hard, and stayed a little later to make sure the roof deck and our home were protected until the new shingles were installed. We were especially glad that there were no leaks at any point during the job. The shingle crew was just as solid and did quality work. Our new roof looks great, with straight clean lines and a much better finished appearance than before. The crews also did a thorough cleanup around the property before leaving.
