  Never returned phone calls

Mr. or Mrs. Mason, we apologize if we were unable to connect. We now have a better phone system where we shouldn’t be missing your call. There are times when our small business is just too busy to handle the volume. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience. Jeremy

He climed up on the roof and came back down. I could not understand most of what he said. He was wearing a mask, which is ok. I have been vacinated for covid. He kept more than 6 foot away and when I came closer he backed off. I am half deaf and will not get a hearing aide untill July 6 via BCBS Medicare. He has not contacted me since.

This is the second roof I have had Jeremy and company do. I was very pleased with the first one, so I re-hired them for this one. The new roof looks great and the clean-up was perfect. Highly recommended.

We received a fast quote and the following week the job was done in 1 day. It was significantly lower than a quote from another company who wanted a check before the work was even done 👎. Fast, professional and would highly recommend!! …

The team at Carolina Roof Rescue was outstanding throughout the whole process. The quoting and payment were transparent and professional, the clean up was perfect and the actual roof replacement was extremely well-organized, done on time and looks great. I would highly recommend them for roof work.

Jeremy/Carolina Roof Rescue was great to work with. He communicated well, and followed through in a timely manner on every step of the roof replacement. He had to coordinate with another contractor for solar panel removal/reinstall, and it went seamlessly. I highly recommend!

I am happy to say that the service performed was exactly what Jeremy stated. I watched the progress of the roof removal. The skill and speed of that process amazed me. Nothing in the yard was damaged, and they placed tarps over all shrubbery. The new material used is very high quality and was installed quickly and with great care... I watched... I would recommend Carolina Roof Rescue without one single reservation. The quality of the work is only surpassed by the integrity of Jeremy. He did exactly what he said would be done.
