  I hady roof replaced at the end of 2024 in preparation for selling my house in the upcoming months. I had no issues with installation, site was cleaned up afterwards, and I was overall pleased with the job even though it was expensive. Fast forward to this year when my house went under contract. Inspector found issues with wear on the shingles which shouldn't have been an issue on a roof that was 18 months old. I contacted Jason to ask him to take a look and he looked at the images provided by the inspector and said the roof looked fine. I asked him to have one of his team go out on the roof but was told there isn't a need and he gave me a letter saying there was nothing wrong with the roof at my request. My realtor had Jason's brother go on the roof and he confirmed there were issues with the roof and gave a quote that was less than half of what I paid 18 months ago with the same materials. Jason is not certified with CertainTeed roofing so if you want to file a warranty claim on the materials, you have to navigate that by yourself. Overall, the work initially appeared good, but customer service for any issues in the future are a problem, plus the cost difference is a huge drawback.

  Before you hire this company please do some research, contact Mid Atlantic roofing systems out of Winston-Salem and ask why they were fired and if theres any litigation going on with them. Also they were caught by farm bureau damaging a roof and were investigated and deemed factual. They are smooth talkers but are crooks, again you don't have to believe me just call Mid Atlantic Roofing they will be glad to enlighten you.

  1 star because it doesn't let you give zero stars. Charged $885.00 (on a $600-$700 estimate). Did not fix the leak, and said "there is no warranty on repair work". Save yourself time and money - find someone else who is honest and cares about the quality of their work.

  Jason made the process of getting me a new roof very easy and seamless. Within 2 hours of me reaching out to him, he came out to the house, took a look, and told me exactly what needed to be done.
