  So the guy came and they did a great job. Joshua was very good at explaining the process and worked it out so I paid even less than I thought I would. This has been a great experience and I recommend Capitol to anyone who needs work. Especially if you are going through your Insurnace! Thank again Josh for the all the work you put in.

  I had a great experience with Capital Insurance Restoration, especially with Andrew. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He fought back and forth with the insurance company for months to make sure everything was properly approved and taken care of. His persistence, communication, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier for me. I really appreciate all the time and effort Andrew put in to get everything done.   We had a wonderful experience with Capitol Insurance Restoration replacing our roof. We worked primarily with Andrew, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made sure all of our questions were answered. The entire team provided fast, friendly, and professional service, and the communication was excellent. It was reassuring to know we could count on Andrew to keep things moving and follow through on everything he promised.   Thought it was a joke to start with, but my sales rep Kevin Pham assured me it wasn’t. He guided my wife and I through the process, and delivered on every promise!!! The guys who installed the roof was great and in the end, couldn’t tell they were ever here. I couldn’t be happier to have been wrong! Thanks Kev for being a straight shooter!

  Capital Insuranc offers excellent customer service. Andrew has great communitcation skills and consistently followed up, answered all questions in detail, and has a lot of knowledge about roofing products and gutters. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Andrew!
