My grandparents entrusted their roof to this company in 2013. While there had been no problems before, water leaks appeared the very next week. The contractor came and applied sealant (caulk), but the leaks persisted throughout the winter. According to the assessment of a second contractor we consulted, the materials had been improperly installed. We had to have the entire roof redone by another company, and the problem is now resolved.

The videos on my YouTube channel speak for themselves.

Roof repairs were done to a new standard. I'm extremely dissatisfied. The repair was poor; the roof leaks, and I have photos to prove it. They left old shingles under the new ones around the vent. To fix the problem, I had to hire another contractor after two years because the original contractor stopped responding to me.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Caouette Construction. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
